Shower was terrible water is ice gold with lowest water pressure ever. You have to run it for quite a bit to get too hot water. Also my room wasn't ready when it was supposed to be. All together is that the rooms in separate building were unfinished and looked like they're done in hurry

Staff was really nice, location is suberb. Lovely beach upfront and a really wide and good quality breakfast.

No proper lounge to sit in. The restaurant was always busy with paying customers. Not enough seating area outside for people staying at the hotel when outsiders frequent. We couldn’t watch TV battled to get English channels. Sadat tried his best to assist and we thank him.

We did not like the lack of correctness and accuracy of the booking listing, it was disappointing for us and unexpectedly incorrect from the hotel and booking

We made a reservation through booking, where no prepayment was required while we were traveling to Alanya, our requirements were two double rooms, breakfast, first line hotel, parking because we sleep with two cars and internet. On the spot we got two rooms in a hotel on the second line after the boulevard without breakfast without parking!

No information for the clients in the room regarding the prices for the services, bar etc. For Wi-Fi one has to apply to the counter at the enterence. No free brakfast time info - we missed the breakfast because misunderstood oral explanations. No second pair of slippers in the room for 2. Do door at the shower, only the scraper for collecting water from the floor.

The location is unique. The restaurant is near, right in the same building. The sea shore is right under the room windows. The hotel has its own beach free.

Shower wasn't thermostatic so either freeze or scold you, really poor. No pool apart from small plunge pool. Seaview was actually side seaview, was asked to pay more for another room in adjoining hotel. Declined.... Plays elevator music all day and night, dear God, please stop.

Right on the beach Nice atmosphere Laid back mainly, except for champagne lunches which were noisy in the extreme.

Bed was comfy and had a nice balcony with sea view and pool view but the bathroom needs an update. I didn’t enjoy the pizza there from their restaurant (was soggy and expensive) The lady who is meant to greet you at the front of the restaurant was not very helpful.Didn’t greet you politely or smile at all lol They need to work on their communication towards their guests more People from all around the world visit and spend money there keeping them in a job !!!

Hotel was in an excellent location right on the sea and had a nice pool.The cleaning ladies were very friendly and nice.Always said hello and smiled from a mile away

They don't have a lift. You have to carry your luggage up all the stairs, depending on the floor you're on. The TV does not work, and some of what is pictured is not in the room. But we did not spend time in the room. It doesn't take away from the beauty of the hotel. The lighting is poor and the mirrors and bathroom and bedroom is dark so not great for women wanting to get ready! That was frustrating 😑 the shower floods all into the bathroom so that's a nightmare as it stays wet.

The location was within walking distance from everywhere. You're directly on a lovely part of the beach. Breakfast was good value for money. They did give us the nicest room as per my request, and the view was gorgeous from the room

Everything about the room and no clean towels. Unhelpful staff. I feel the people though nothing of us.

I never received the room I booked. I was given a room with old air-conditioner. No kettle for tea or coffee. The shower was very small and uncomfortable. The staff couldn't communicate with us properly. I am very disappointed. The breakfast was the only good thing we had. I left as a very unhappy customer.

Some Room photos on the booking.com do not reflect the actual Room, and some information is misguiding, I book a king room sea view room with a river view but the river was nothing like it and it was partly a sea view in the passway, moreover, it takes me more than 1 hour to check, however, they offer to give me room in another hotel for this issue which was okay till I was asked to sign a waiver that I don't have any complaints about it before I even check in when I refuse as I can't sigh such document before I even use the hotel or the room the gentleman in the Reception said that he can't change my room till I sign it so issue was not solved. I will come back for the restaurant only but will not recommend a room in this hotel which is sad as the hotel has great potential the to improve.

The beach area isn’t as spacious as it looks on the pictures , no large sun loungers or hut , normal size sun beds ,pretty cramped during the day, grumpy waiters that don’t make you feel like going there in the first place. Room is really small, with no mirror. Closet was tiny with no shelves , there’s no room to put your clothes there especially if you’re a couple . A bad smell coming from the bathroom drain , the shower was very bad designed, each time we used it the floor was flooded. No room for toiletries in the bathroom. The walls are paper thin , you can hear everything going on in the corridor or anyone speaking or slamming doors late at night coming back from a party, as well as cars and people shouting outside. We could barely sleep the first nights as we heard everything, we had to use earplugs after that.

The bar and restaurant area were pleasant with good atmosphere. Beautiful view, calm and enjoyable sea. Location is right in the center with everything you need around. Housekeeping was done everyday. AC is working perfectly.

Place needs a renovation. And no parking, you park on the street for 3-4 lira per hour.

Location is perfect. Stuff help us with the problem. Door wasn’t working to close our room. They fixed it fast, thanx! This would be much better place after renovation.
