The cave room we stayed in was beautiful. We loved watching the hot-air balloons fly over the hotel in the morning. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

This is a beautiful cave hotel which makes you feel completely at home . Comfortable bed cave ceiling, amzing breakfast nice setting in the middle of all caves.( I feel like I am back to home hove that I lived in 3500 years ago). Love ❤️ 😍

The bedroom exudes a cave-like charm with its rugged, earthy walls. However, the walls constantly flake, leaving a gritty residue of sand throughout the room and even on the bed. Maybe this is part of the charm... I didn't enjoy the feeling

Breakfast was amazing, with lots of options and very fresh. Super nice and friendly staff. They are happy to help you arrange an activity, airport transport, cars... whatever you need.

room is very clean without smoke smell. location is great, quiet and close to the town center. huge bathroom with everything you need and beyond our expectation. the hotel has a beautiful pool, garden and pictured view. staffs were very nice and help us plan trips.

Our bathroom had major plumbing issues (flooding during showering and emptying of the tub). We also found the restaurant staff (except one lovely girl) to be quite poor in service. A few mornings the breakfast wasnt replenished, and after a tour group came through earlier (we had to clean our table to sit at) while staff watched. We were a little shocked by the state of the restaurant after this early morning tour came through. We also often had to wait up to 30 mins for a latte/juice for the kids which was not included in the breakfast. Our suggestion is to offer this for free, or even have early morning coffee service to accompany the balloon watching! 🎈

The location of the hotel is wonderful! Quiet and close to so many off the beaten track hiking trails to explore the fairy chimneys. We also had some of the best views of the balloons from just above the hotel. Our children loved the little caves right behind the hotel to explore. The rooms were very clean, and we loved sitting on the front balcony after a day of exploring. They were also very spacious and comfortable. The restaurant also did great meals downstairs (the actual hotel is about a 5 to 10 min walk downtown to other cafes). There is a higher end kebab restaurant next door also worth exploring. Our kids also loved the petting zoo out front! Amenities overall were great!

The mattresses were soft. So if you are the kind of people who appreciate firm ones, you might find it difficult to have a good rest.

The hotel was really central and in the middle of Göreme. Everything around was at walking distance. The hotel itself is very well-designed with a lot of different cave rooms. We tried the standard and the Troglodytes cave. We preferred the second because of the additional space and the view. The breakfast buffet was very well furnished. You can even see lovely ladies preparing local sandwiches at request. The best was also the staff. Extremely nice and helpful. A special thanks to Ali who arranged so many things for us. (Tours & Transfers). We highly recommend this hotel and we will come back with great pleasure!

There are 3 swimming pools: two are for children, the big one has not any entrance in shallow water only ladders in deep water.

We had really great time at Holiday Cave Hotel. Good position, next to Goreme city centre but far from noise, surrounded by fariry chimneys. The room was really clean and we also enjoyed the restaurant. It's possible to admire the balloons at sunrise in their terrace. Special thanks to the staff that was great with all of our requests: Ali Altun tas, Sude Yuksel, Helin Mese, Sevcan Adiyaman.

One of the best places to stay in Cappadocia. The pool and the view of the valley from the hotel is very enchanting. Hot air balloons are just passing by on top of the hotel and you can see them very near to you. We will definitely come back.

We loved our stay here, to be honest everything here was amazing, the rooms were clean and very well air conditioned. Spent loads of time by the pool relaxing and enjoying the sun, the breakfast was great also. Special mention to the staff who whenever we needed help or wanted to book a activity it was never a problem even with very short notice. Highly recommend staying here.

Not understanding the layout of Goreme having never been there before, this hotel was not in the main area where many of the cave hotels are. This meant parking was easy and everything was still close. One lesson learned, most of the hotels say they are Cave hotels or have "cave" in their name, but most of the rooms are not in caves, very few are. They do have a bar, but it doesn't serve alcohol.

Breakfast spread was great. The pool, it's seating area, the terrace and the the surrounding areas to relax in were big and very kid friendly (bunnies in cages, etc). Our room for 3 was big and had a balcony. It looked like you could take small hikes and trails right from the hotel area to explore some of the rock formations.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Cave Hotel, the pools are clean and a very nice addition to the property. There is also a beautiful garden seating area (where you can enjoy your Turkish tea if you choose so) with a little pet zoo for children to enjoy. Our kids loved this Hotel and it was hard getting them to leave. The breakfast was full of many choices and a nice start for the day. Definitely get up early and head to the roof top sitting area to see the sunrise and the hot air balloons. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. Dinner over by the pool at the hotel’s restaurant was good (especially the salads). Within walking distance to shopping and other restaurants. We enjoyed the walk to the gift shops after dinner.

Nice little hotel, quite spacious outside with a nice size pool and there also had a separate garden area with few swing chair , The staff were really nice , It was a good location to watch the hot air balloon at sunrise , 10 min walk to center but I had a car . Breakfast would good, the price was really good for hotel with pool

Always. The Staff were helpful and were always smiling. They organize everything for our tour and for what we need. The location is perfect, and the swimming pool has a beautiful view of the mountain.
