IrelandThere might be small improvements in the room, but nothing major. Hooks behind the main door and bathroom door might be very handy.
Location was great. You can reach to many touristic attractions with a short drive. The owner of the place was very helpful, he was in touch in advance for balloon tour booking etc, so everything was set without any hassle. Room we stayed was clean. Served breakfast was really good.

GermanyThe bedroom doesn't have a closet, and so it was kind of hard to keep things organized with 2 big suitcases. The bathroom is also quite small.
The hotel is in a good location in the center of Goreme. Everything is super clean and well organized. Breakfast is delicious and served at the table. The true highlight for us was the staff: everyone is super friendly and really make you feel at home. We even had the chance to take our baloon flight with the hotel owner, Cem, who is also a pilot!

Goreme Mansion is located in the center of Göreme, a nice stone family hotel, clean, amazing breakfast, we really loved the staff. Everyone helped us a lot. They arrange us the hot air balloon flight, to rent a car, to change money and my husband’s birthday cake surprise! I highly recommend this superb property!!!!

PakistanThere wasn’t a lift and we had to use the stairs for our room on the second floor. The only problem I’d face next time can be the no lift issue since i’d be taking my parents along and both can’t climb stairs.
The owners and the staff were the best part. I spent extra money on taxi from nevshire bus station to hotel due to lack of knowledge with hotel owner’s coordination but the owner’s in return saved me a lot more money on the hotel air balloon and quad bike bookings. Both the balloon and bike were amazing experiences. The hosts were extremely friendly and communication with them was very easy. The room was spacious and extremely beautiful with a big bathroom and extremely beautiful view from the gallery and rooftop and even the window of the room. The breakfast was amazing. Specially the live egg/omelette station and the fresh juices.

Located at the heart of Goreme, on days where hot air balloon could fly im sure u can see the beautiful scenery just from the property rooftop or even from your own balcony. Walking distance ~10mins to the town of Goreme but bear in mind walking up to hill on the way back can be tiring especially if you are not fit. Excellent and exceptional service by the staff. We arrived earlier than check in time at around 10am, we were served free breakfast upon arrival and they rushed to get our room ready as soon as it was vacant so we checked in early at around 11.30am. I’m staying at another property just in front of this property with my mom and her group but my boyfriend was the one staying here, every morning during our stay they served breakfast for me free of charge because i didnt want my boyfriend to eat alone. Very friendly owner and staff we were very pleasant throughout our stay. The standard room was a good size and beautiful, a steal for the price we paid. All in all, a very enjoyable experience.

United KingdomMy internet access (particularly in my room) wasn't the best although we eventually got it resolved. I only found out about the tea and coffee which was available from the breakfast room, on my final night. I would have liked to have known about this sooner.
I had a beautiful, restful stay here over New Year. My room was fairly small but cosy. The bed was very comfortable and overall the room and facilities were very clean. Breakfast was prepared fresh every morning and served to the breakfast table. Staff were always on hand to answer any queries and questions. The hotel owner was very hospitable and keen to see that everyone was having a comfortable stay. The hotel organised my Hot Air Balloon experience which was fantastic. Whilst located at the top of a hill, Goreme Mansion is conveniently located to the rest of the town. I really really enjoyed my stay here and would certainly stay here again.

They helped arrange a car rental for us which was very convenient and was actually a better rate than if we booked ourselves. Erdem gave great recommendations of where to go. We really appreciated their help and personal attention, which made our trip to Cappadocia most memorable.

The room was pretty big, comfortable, and with a good view, the breakfast was really great (courtesy of Yusuf all the days), and the reception staff (Erdem and Sami) were very helpful all the time during our stay.
