Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Palestinian TerritoryHowever, there were some downsides that I would consider( Which does not diminish our satisfaction with the place). One of them was the lack of cleanliness and the unpleasant smell in the public toilets and showers. Additionally, whenever we went to ask for pool towels, they were often out of stock, and we had to wait a long time to get them.
We had the pleasure to stay at Granada Luxury Okurcalar for 4 nights, 5 days this past week. The staff was very friendly from the moment we stepped into the Resort and everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. There was a good range of entertainment activities during the day and at night as well. The food was varied to suit all tastes and available at all times.

NetherlandsThe hotel is definitely overcrowded, a lot of people in the restaurant area. Not a lot of territory where you can walk
Big hotel with a lot of different amenities. The food was really nice, despite my sensitive stomach I could always find something tasty and not overly fat. The barmen were friendly and fun. Liked a lot the evening show program, especially the dancers from Ecuador and the extreme show

GeorgiaMost of the hotel staff doesn’t speak English, even at the reception, that was pretty uncomfortable for someone like me who doesn’t speak Turkish.
It is a pleasant place, with big pool and nice sea views, the food and the environment was quite good.

United KingdomSeems like it's another Hotel in Antalya who are more accustomed to their guests that travel from a specific place in Europe. Those guests also lack in basic manners. Expect pushing and shoving from them. They won't stop and apologise or even consider you as a human. Reminded me how well mannered the people from are in the UK. Most waiters will ignore you , but they seem to have their own people who they treat differently. Out of the odd 9/10 during our stay waiters that walked us like we were invisible. Ali, Kamran and nother lady always attended to us. Some kitchen staff are so much in a rush they spilt our hot drinks on us. English is the not language of choice in this hotel. 5 star facilities probably 3 star service from me. If your from the UK perhaps consider another destination in turkey ( we have been to others and have better luck)
Amazing facilities, very aesthetically pleasing. Everything is clean and you can see the effort that is taken to keep this place running. The front desk staff are very helpful. Housekeeping ladies are very thorough and do an excellent job. Excellent Pools, amazing indoor pools and sauna. Food was good for an all inclusive. Always something for everyone , fresh Donner, waffles, pizza for the kids !!! Ice creams everyday !!. Mini bar refills everyday. Views to die for .

EstoniaCoctail quality uneven (certain people did it better, lets say like that). Food quality has gone down compared to 8 years back. Evening entertainment I would even say boring and not considerate of different age dynamic in the hotel. During the day various snack bars available but the food is the same day to day. I was not able to see the environment-care aspect: huge food waste, hygienic products in small bottles, non-reusable plastic cups and straws in use. Some of the elevators were out of work. Poolside very overcrowded and a lot of loud music.
Food was delicious (but monotonous). Room and beach towels in good size (but worn out). Reception and guest relatation were always helpful and friendly. Hotel beach is nicely sandy and mostly calm (big waves do not reach shores). Enjoyed evening pianist hours in the lobby.
