EgyptThe thing that Iam very upset about is the breakfast!! There wasn’t that much of options in the breakfast and it was just some cereal and boiled eggs and some other stuff but there was no cooked eggs for example omelet or any beans or even fruits to offer at the breakfast which was very upsetting to me because breakfast costed me approximately around 40$ for 2 guests and it’s not what I expected from this hotel and I’m very disappointed in the breakfast compared to other hotels in the area the breakfast is lacking many things and it needs the management attention immediately. Also to add there was no napkins on the table to clean ur hands or anything if needed !!!

IrelandAlthough I deal with this hotel since 2013, I choose it every time I visit Istanbul, but this time I found it less satisfying. We had cockroach in the bathroom, also Breakfast options very very limited and cold.
Staff are very kind, they are ready to help with anything quickly, location very near to Taksim square, and Busphorus view is amazing

EgyptDon’t stay in this hotel its very very bad hotel the staff and the rooms , the rooms is very tiny and the stuff is very aggressive the manger of the hotel is aggressive and the front desk they refused to let our friend to visit us with out pay 30 dollars , and we only been late for 1:30 hours they shot to us and entered the room when i was changing my clothes to kick us out of the hotel all of this and they will not offer you any thing water or tea or room service or any thing !!!!

JordanThere was no swimming pool. The senk in the washroom. Breakfast time must started from 8 am till 11 am.
The service was very good, the staff is friendly and helpful, especially the manager Erdem, he can fix problems and make things simple and clear. Behnaz is amazing, this lady is very helpful and very kind. Salma also, she speaks 4 languages which is helping everyone with having a good communication. Serhat is so kind. Btuhan and Hekmat are kind and very nice as well. Faten was smiling with all gustes and trying to make us happy during the breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone for staying in Istanbul.

They gave me a room in the basement at first, when i asked they told me this is what u booked although nothing in my reservation said so. I was optioned to make upgrade to what i already booked. The stuff is super rude and dont know how to deal with customers.

AzerbaijanBecause of coming again, the staff gave me a more luxurious room even though I reserved a standard room. For the price, this hotel is the best hotel in Taxim, and the breakfast is excellent. The hotel is located almost 2 minutes from Taksim metro and Istiklal street.

LebanonThe Hotel is very very dirty. It’s the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to. The sheets were dirty, there was blood under the sheets, the mattress was indescribably disgusting. The pictures are very misleading, the breakfast is very average, and the hotel lack many services a normal hotel should provide: booking services to external facilities, guiding tourists where to go/not, phone line to connect with the reception, reactivity to requests (had to request 3 times the sheets to be changed, had to request the bathroom chair to be fixed and the plumber was very rude, etc.)
