Very nice hotel in the perfect location near the metro. The staff was so kind that one girl gave me her personal bus pass to get to an appointment. I’m gluten free and vegan and the breakfast was so delicious! I was very well fed! I am now in love with Istanbul and Turkish people. Everyone is so kind!!!

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Istanbul. First of all, the hotel is located right in the heart of the city — all the major attractions such as Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and the Grand Bazaar are within walking distance. There is also a metro station nearby, which makes it easy to get around the city. The staff is truly outstanding. Every member of the team is friendly, polite, and always ready to help — whether it’s giving directions, calling a taxi, or assisting with luggage. From the very first day, you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The room was very clean, cozy, and quiet. Housekeeping was done daily and with great attention to detail. The room had everything I needed: a comfortable bed, air conditioning, a minibar, hairdryer, safe, and good Wi-Fi. The bathroom was spotless, with strong water pressure and modern fixtures. I especially want to highlight the breakfast — it was absolutely fantastic. There was a wide variety of dishes, all fresh and delicious. It felt like the breakfast was prepared with real care — comparable to what you’d expect in a five-star hotel. Every day featured fresh fruits, cheeses, pastries, hot dishes, and even local specialties. Overall, my experience was excellent. This is a place I would gladly return to. The perfect combination of location, service, and comfort. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy Istanbul with true comfort and warm hospitality.

The triple room felt a bit small for three people. It would be quite useful to have some hooks installed on the bathroom door to hang the towels.

The breakfast had plenty of options for all tastes, fresh fruit and local produce. The lemonade and detox water were a nice touch! The room was clean and the beds comfy. The swimming pool and sauna were great to use after a long day of exploring Istanbul. Unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to use the hamam but it looked good. The staff were all so nice and welcoming! Definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

Would be nice if they not doing maintance and cleaning job (pool area) during opening hours. Pool opens at 12 until 10pm. All maintenance should be done before.

Location is a bit ish tbh. Lots of building sites nearby which does not exactly make it easy to reach or romantic. However, location is made up for by a lower price.

Good hotel providing comfortable facilities. Very clean overall and excellent breakfast. Staff is polite and well organised. I also enjoyed the large showers tbh. The rest of the bathroom is a bit small but overall you can do everything you need just fine.There are also small facilities for sauna and swimming pool.

I wish they cleaned tables more often during breakfast especially when there’s so many people. I cleaned dishes from table and stuff didn’t bother even to disinfect. Room for three is too little for three.

The electoral socket did not work on one side of the room, the shower hose pipe position in the wrong place, as the bathroom floor would get wet if the doors were open, just a few issues, lift doors dangerous as the timing to get out not long enough, ingra red not detecting people walking through.

Hotel was comfortable and clean, home from home, breakfast buffet had a variety of different types of food fresh and nice!

Of course, you can't change the view from the window but it is worth reconsidering the quality of coffee in the restaurant.

The location is good. It takes approximately 30 minutes to walk to the historic centre of the city. Migros is within a 5 minute walk. The areas teems with cafes, restaurants, shops. Careful with those restaurants as the prices in some of them are just ridiculous. Histroria shopping and life centre as well as Aksaray Metro station are within walkable distance. The hotel also offers a transfer to Istanbul airport for 50 EUR.

Too noisy in the room from 4 sources. 1. From the street outside, the windows are not sealed, you can literally hear everything, even conversations on the street. 2. The minibar. If there is a refrigerator in the room, it must be of good quality and not noisy. 3. Something through the ventilation, 24/7 noise 4. The cleaners in the hallway, we understand that their job is to clean but at 6,7,8 in the morning they are too noisy in the hallway, and through the door of the room you can even hear the unlocking of the cards from other rooms, that BEEP SIGNAL
