Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff at this hotel were very responsive and supportive, which made my stay and feelings especially comfortable. I believe the hotel facilities is a bit old, but that doesn’t take away from the overall experience. It has a good atmosphere, good service, and pleasant conditions, so I was very satisfied with my stay.

The property could benefit from some updating, as some of the facilities and furnishings felt a bit dated. With a few improvements, such as offering breakfast etc this could be a fantastic place to stay.
It was clean. I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is small and clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Fast WiFi. Very good for the value. Thank you for the hospitality

There is no reserved parking - expect that while you are in Turkey. I was lucky enough to find street parking right in front of the hotel entrance.
Great location. Rooms were clean. Helpful and welcoming staff. Easy hassle free checkin and checkout process. Restaurant are nearby at walking distance.

Sometimes there are no hot water, especially early in the morning and late at night. I think the water heater is centrally controlled and they might close it during non-common shower hours.
Cozy room and nice area. There is elevator available. The staff are also very helpful.

Metro stansiyasından bir az aralıda idi, hardasa 1 km ayaqla getmək lazımdır.. Amma taksilər İstanbula nisbətən İzmirdə daha uyğundur. Buna görə də yerləşmə bizim üçün çətin olmadı.

Location
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff at the front desk. Special mention goes to the girl and the boy who were exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The hotel itself was immaculate, with clean and spacious rooms. Little bit away from metro-train station, u need to walk around 1 km. But taxis are appropriate in İzmir than the İstanbul, that is why location was not hard for us.

The view from our room.
The hotel is in a very communicative place and therefore very difficult to park, but they help you. The rooms are really small but they are clean and the beds are very comfortable. We love that they have a vending machine at the reception with free coffee for guests. Definitely recommend.

The wifi was extremely spotty. If you are a digital nomad, this may not be the property for you.
The 1 bedroom unit was very large, the kitchen was a huge plus. The big windows you could open for fresh air were nice too. The staff tried to accommodate every issue that we had in a timely fashion. Being close to the park was wonderful.

Accommodation: - There's barely no lounge, just 2 rundown chairs. - I have the feeling that the pictures hype the rooms up too much, so lower your expectations a bit. Location: - Half an hour on foot from the party district. Staff: - We could communicate in English, but barely.
Accommodation: - Wouldn't call it luxurious (this includes the deluxe room), but the furniture is in good condition and everything is clean. Location: - The neighborhood is quiet and safe, no street noise or the like. - Right next to the culture park Staff: - Very friendly and helpful. Verdict: - Would definitely recommend for someone on a budget.

There is bad noise cancellation, from rooms you can hear everything from corridors and neighborhood rooms. We got used to it, but this is hard for first couple days of stay
Very friendly and helping staff, everything is clean, cozy rooms. Towels, slippers, drinking water etc - everything was in the room already.

For 2 people the room is very small. We had a kettle in the room but no fridge. We stayed for 2 days: during this time there was no cleaning. It would be great if one of the staff once a day took out the trash, changed our towels, put drinking water.
Excellent location - close to the center, but quiet street. Friendly and helpful staff, reception 24/7. Hotel after renovation. Quality internet. Very good water pressure in the shower.

the hotel does not provide a breakfast service. The plumbing of the shower AND BATHROOM WAS SMELLING BAD OVER FEW HOURS.

During my visit to Izmir, I stayed with my family for 5 nights and I was very satisfied with the service provided by the employees. The location of the hotel is in the center of İzmir Everywhere is within walking distance. The quality of our room was excellent. It is a very meticulous hotel in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. If I go to Izmir again, it is a hotel I will definitely stay at. A family hotel where you can stay with your family.
