Breakfast and swimming pool were definitely highlights. We had a suite at the last floor. Seeing ballons through the window from bed every morning was priceless ✨🤗

Everything was amazing. Staff is friendly and welcoming, they helped us out with everything we needed (taxis, luggage, etc.), offered suggestions, tours, and even set up a fireplace and Turkish tea while we were hanging out in the hotel’s common areas. Since our flight was very early they gave us some breakfast to take with us. Really one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel is beautiful, very comfortable, and has great places to hang out including a swimming pool to relax at night.

The laundry services is 15 euro!! Also, the shuttle service is double expensive than get your guide. This is not correct to have this huge difference. On get your guide the shuttle service is 8.50€ for Kaysery airport. Spa is expensive, not good. Also for a spa restaurant.

Everything was amazing, the indoor swimming pool is quite cold but it's November and the window is always open. The stuff is very friendly and English speaker. Breakfast and terrace Amazing.

Rooms from the first floor are a bit too crowded and the view is awful. The sauna is a rip off 1 euro/minute. Only pool access included in the price

Some of the electrical fittings seemed unsafe - bedside lights without a plug but wired directly into the wall socket.

Very nice room with lots of light and views. Nice to have a suite so more room to put things and have a sitting area. The hotel was in the middle of the town so shops and restaurants were nearby.

The staff was super helpful and kind, the breakfast was brilliant. Every day different fresh food with a lot of choice. The location is perfect as it’s super close to the centre but it’s also quite.

WiFi doesn't work in our room (215) and slow where it works. Definitely can't work here.

Nice swimming pool, you will appreciate it after a long hike on a sunny day. The staff let us stay to use the pool after checking out, while we're waiting for our bus until late evening

a bit noisy room cause non-soundproof (you hear noises of people in other rooms and corridor), just 1 electrical outlet in a uncomfortable position far from the bed. Swimming pool apart the others SPA services were not included and very very expensive (example: 20€ for 10 min sauna). Laundry service not so good quality: lost 1 sock and the t-shirts lost colour and size and not been ironed (1 bag for 15€).
