ItalyWe had a misunderstanding with the airport pick-up service. I thought it was provided directly by the hotel, but it is instead a private transfer that would be booked for you through the hotel. That said, just be aware that it could happen to wait a lot, as the van leaves the airport only when it is at maximum capacity. We waited at least 4 hours for other passengers, arriving with different flights. I was really angry at first, but it doesn't depend on the hotel and we cleared everything out at the hotel reception. Wanted only to suggest not to make plans for the day of your arrival.
Really central in Göreme and easy to reach. Shops and restaurants are at two minutes walking distance. The room was identical as shown in the photos, clean, quiet and with a beautiful view. Bed was super comfy; sheets and towels were changed daily. Staff was friendly and helpful, they booked tours and pick-ups for us. Breakfast was really good, everyday there was fresh made salads and pastry/cakes. Eggs were cooked at the moment on request. We dined at the restaurant, it is a perfect option if you don't feel to go out again after a long day. Good choice of wines! They also offer a laundry service

United KingdomI'm nitpicking because everything was great. But 1, you have to be careful about your head if you're tall. I am over 6' and hit my head twice especially when I woke up at night. But I guess you have to be careful given it is after all a "cave". 2, the floor lights were blinding and we decided to keep them turned off. They were the primary light source in the room. So the room was quite dark because we couldn't use them. Floor lights are purely aesthetic and make great sense if the building is being lit up from the outside but make zero sense inside a room when you're trying to see things and need light shining on the stuff you're trying to see rather than straight into your eyes.
Everything really! We were greeted with a complimentary breakfast which was great. The airport transfer was alright and well organized. Didn't have to wait for too long for others to join us. The hotel room itself was everything you could think of about a cave hotel. The entrance was through a cave and the room itself was super spacious and had all the amenities you would need for a comfortable modern stay. The bathroom had a Jacuzzi in it! Overall super comfortable. The staff were very helpful and courteous and organized all the tours and the whirling dervish show which were all really good in their own right. Our toddler daughter enjoyed interacting with the cats and thoroughly liked "our cave". The location was brilliant. We realized how central and close to cafes and restaurants and therefore how lucky we were with this hotel only when we walked up the hill to see the sunset and saw all the other hotels being farther up a steep slope.

AustraliaThe Wifi could be better but that is difficult and expensive in a cave! Prospective guests need to be aware that you have to walk up and down quite a few stairs to access all facilities.
Incredible ambiance, beautifully appointed rooms, fantastic, friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to provide exceptional service to the extent of opening the kitchen early to accommodate our departure. If you could give this hotel a score of 11 we would.

They arranged our balloon ride and another jeep adventure as well as our taxi service to the airport. The food was wonderful and the hotel itself has the kind of charm and style you're hoping to find. 5-stars, easily.

Cave hotel is one of the best I have stayed. There’s a zacchusi and the room was absolutely Amazing. It so spacious. I loved the hotel very much. I will definitely recommend it for everyone. You can also see the balloons from the terrace. Very much near the centre.
