It's time to change the towels and bathrobes, they are already old and have holes. But these are small details that do not spoil a wonderful holiday, they just need to be replaced. And staff don't speak English at the reception.

The hotel's excellent location, cool beach, delicious breakfasts, and the presence of a spa and gym are an advantage. the spa is good, the massage is perfect. The staff cleans very cleanly, the bed linen is always fresh. The hotel is ideal for an independent holiday or a holiday with a couple or a group of friends.

Nothing to complain about.

It was not my first time there and would stay there again in my next visit to Antalya. Very well priced room service. A seaview room is much better. There is also a shopping mall across the road.

I could have rated it higher than 8, but there were some factors that caused us to not like the air conditioning. Two days without air conditioning, although the reception helped us and brought a fan, but to no avail. The room was very hot. I thank the staff who contributed to solving the Salifarm problem. The guest relations employee helped us change the room to an air conditioning room. Her temperature is beautiful. I don’t know if I wrote the name correctly, but I thank her very much. I also thank Elian from the staff who carries the bags, and also Zulfiah the housekeeping, and this is not the main problem. I put 8 of all the adapters in the supermarket under them, all of them Too bad. For breakfast was super delicious we love it actually and i have problem when i came to be my stay with breakfast some of employees in reception i said i want to pay to all my stay including breakfast he said paid at the restaurant I said no i want know I don’t why he do that anyway then i come again to ask to put all my stay with bf some in reception said you can pay know this station make me angry actually but the girl was cute and she apologised to us .Thank you for the hospitality ❤️

- bathroom is not 5 stars (small, poor finishes, no vent) - front door not closing properly - all doors could be cleaner - receptionists have poor English. Better ask for help at Guest Relations desk (if present).

The breakfast before was best in this hotel but now even here breakfast start to be bad(( pancakes and makes bread all was cold and old (( cheese too. All not fresh and coffee awful cheapest I drank in my life.. think they start economy too much… but for price hotel should be at least like before…

I’m always stay same hotel.. but this time I’m a bit disappointed.. the prices is more expensive.. but this is is everywhere, but the quality of food worse then before(( the room cleaning stuff still good clean the room . Guest relation who speak Russian also good

the reception staff are not friendly. On Wednesday, October 25, around half past 5:30 PM we went to the reception to ask if they would like to receive our suitcase that would be sent from the airport. a receptionist was rude and sent us away to guest services. she had a lot of months against us. We have been coming to the hotel every year for the past 5 years and have never experienced anything like this. We understand that the receptionist is from Russia

The staf of the kids club was friendly, Gulay and her colleague are children friendly. The children love them en they had a lot of fan whit them.

Good location with lots of restaurants in front, huge swimming pool, close to the city and friendly staff. the moonlight restaurant has great food and affordable. The rooms are cleaned every day and well cleaned!! The buffet breakfast has many options and tastes great.

WiFi could be better. Mattress could be refreshed.

Room was very spacious. Stuff was friendly and helpful. I really liked that i was getting new battles of water every morning. Food was very nice. Aqua park is right there, beach is 5 min walk away. 15/20 min walk there is a nice luna park + decent shopping mall. Right across the hotel is solid (could be better) Antalya aquarium. There is a taxi service right there in the hotel, which is very helpful. Beds on the terrace - really fine touch. Looking forward to go back.

The hotel has a lot of facilities, I wish I could have more days to enjoy all. The access to the beach is very easy and the section allocated for the hotel is clean with sunbeds, showers and a lot of staff who look after you all the time. You also have free access to the aqualand. Very good breakfast with a lot of choices. The room was comfortable, clean with big balcony where we could enjoy our evenings .Some of the staff there are very friendly and some less .Good location near the mall, aquarium and a lot of restaurants, a little bit far away from city centre but the access to the beach is amazing.
