Some little things - the mattrace was a bit soft for us and the cosmetics provided could be a bit better quality. The road from Goreme to Uchisar goes below the property and with the windows opened you can unfortunately hear the noise - not sure anything can be done about it, it was probably much less busy when the hotel was build. Laundry was rather expensive (prices clearly labeled) so maybe do it somewhere else if you can. But honestly, those are super small details, we loved our stay and would 100% recommend it

This is such an amazing place, we stayed for 6 nights and I hope we will come back one day. The staff is amazing, I have never experienced such quality of service - nothing was a problem and everyone was so kind and attentive. We booked.the baloon flight with them and had a great experience. The rooms are huge, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. They are nor new, but it adds to the charm. The spa bath was a nice add-on. We also got little treats (nuts, fruits, cake) every day, which was so nice. But the best were the breathtaking views over the valley and the castle, you can see baloons and sun rising every morning from the balcony - unforgettable experience.. We ordered local wine and some snacks on several evenings, everhthing was great and very reasonably priced. The breakfast is insane, with delicious eggs made to order. Beautiful garden and cute cats ;) It was unfortunately too cold to use the pool during our stay, but on the last day the weather changed and we saw the staff cleaning the pools in the morning. Location is great, just a few minutes walk to rhe castle, and maybe 10-15 walk to the start of Love and Pigeon Valleys. We liked Uchisar a lot, we found it much prettier and quieter than Göreme.

It’s a beautifully presented property with outstanding staff. We asked the property to book a balloon flight not having done any research on the various operators. As it transpired their preferred operator were a class above and we had an exceptional flight.

The people who hosted us were amazing. The warmth which they welcomed us to the each until we stayed was very appreciative. They took every effort for making us as comfortable as possible. They also facilitated our tours and travel in the city. Million thanks for every smallest to biggest efforts.

- I would mark the ceiling when entering terrace/balcony with something fluorescent so it gets your attention at night and you do not hit your head as the height is low there

Extraordinary hospitality. This is the highest level of service. They will take care of your any request. They organized shuttle bus from Kayseri airport, hot air balloon, guided tour and departure shuttle to other city. - room was spacious, well decorated, romantic - bed was comfortable with a great view and air flow staying out of it - amazing view from bed and from terrace - breakfast is top notch: highest quality and romantically serviced

why to book ? - they make our anniversary so special with small details (congratulations notes ,red balloons and chocolate) . - room smells nice every thing so clean. - reception Ali and all hospital staff are so welcoming ,our balloon company canceled our booking after deducting money they help to find another one in short notice and balloon experience is a must in your list in cappadocia👍🏽 - breakfast in turkey style very fulfilling and delicious ( tea,eggs,veggies,lots of honey,olive and pastry) If you planed to book this hotel gust go for it,it will worth it all .

Of course it is not new. But it is so charming, it couldn’t be new and be THAT comfortable.

Amazing service. Wonderful people. Not like any other place. They never got tired of doing things for us that they could easily have avoided. The answer to every question was yes, yes, yes. A very small place but that meant complete focus on each guest. They brought fruit from their garden, they brought juice. They gave us water as we left. They made all kinds of reservations and changes. All smiles, no language barrier.

Everything was great

Location, room, and staff were all amazing. Highly recommended for families. They arranged everything for our hot air balloon ride which was very convinient, and even arranged a friendly neighbor to babysit our child under 6 while she stayed sleeping (we were back by 8am before she woke up). Karlik Evi welcomed us like we were family. The farewell goodbye with water pouring tradition was a nice touch. Our room was traditionally designed with panoramic views of the balloons in fligbt and gerome lights at night. Uchisar castle is a short walk away and is a great activity for families..

Superb breakfast, beautiful views, outstanding service from all staff. They really went above and beyond to arrange our activities- private tours, hot air balloon etc. the owner was nice and friendly. Also a special thanks to Islam, our private tour guide who ensured we had a lovely day out. Can’t wait to come back to Cappedocia, will definitely be staying here again!! Thank you so much

The only thing that bothered us was that our matress was kind of worn out so it didn't give much support and felt like you were pulled into the middle.

The hotel has an ottoman vibe, rooms are spacious and decorated in a vintage style. The garden is huge and provides a great atmosphere with flowers and fruit trees as well as a nice view. Breakfast is extensive and served until 5 pm! What is really special about this place is the service as you get homemade fruit juice and a chocolate assortment as you arrive, a fruit basket on the second day, nuts and raisins on the third and so on. The people working there are also very warm and welcoming.
