FranceWI-FI! I will not come back only because of it. I was not able to work and it was a big problem for me. For vacation it’s even good - you can spend time together ;) Uncomfortable mattress - resolvable very quickly with additional softener.
Almost everything was perfect and there were a lot of small good points that I’ve never met before in the other hotels: - dinner at first then all organizational tasks - all night kitchen so you can have a breakfast early morning - One person hammam for SPA procedures Staff, area, room, cleanness, food, animation, spa - all was amazing

Everything from welcome to when we left is praiseworthy. All staff is extremely warm and welcoming. Property is clean, well equipped. SwitzerlandUnfortunately, the situation with the drinking water was not eco-friendly at all. The only way to drink water was to use 0.5l plastic water bottles provided everywhere in the hotel. You can imagine how many bottles we used in 1 week. Adding water fountains/coolers would improve the situation. We had our own bottles and were ready to use them.
We spent a great time at Kaya Belek during one week in October. The hotel area is big and looks amazing both at night and during the day. We liked the nice grass area near the beach, where you can relax after swimming in the sea with a cocktail from the bar nearby. The fitness club was small but had everything we needed. I can also recommend the massage by masseuses Rai and Asla, we took 4 sessions with them. All booking guests are currently provided with a butler Serkan, you can find his name in many comments here. He was very easy to reach out and helped us to get a topper for the mattress and orthopedic pillows, that significantly improved our sleep quality. The hotel upgraded our rooms which was also great! The variety of food was big and in most cases it was extremely delicious. Most of the dishes were cooked in a big amount of oil, so it was a bit of a quest for us to find not oily food. At the same time, I've never eaten so many good-quality vegetables and salads.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kaya Belek Antalya from September 26th to 30th, and it was an exceptional experience. The staff at Kaya Belek truly go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable stay. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The genuine efforts made by the staff to create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere were evident throughout my stay. The hotel's restaurant is a culinary delight. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the dining experience at Kaya Belek was a treat for the taste buds. The variety of dishes and the quality of ingredients were impressive.

United KingdomRooms need updating, we felt some of the lighting in the rooms were not great - we had 5 rooms - Serkan did work hard and swiftly to rectify the issue as best as he can. Oguz the bartender was unfriendly and unhelpful every night we were there which was disappointing because all other staff around the hotel were helpful, friendly and provided a great services, he let the team down!
Facilities were good and there was a good selection of food every night. The staff from reception to housekeeping were all great. Serkan gave us an outstanding level of service and went above and beyond during our stay, he truly is an asset to the hotel. The waiter staff/ chefs were fantastic and all very helpful. Mustafa in the restaurant was very attentive and kind (sister was unwell, he overheard and took the initiative to bring her hot lemon tea every time we were there)

CanadaThe late disco is not very well promoted and as a result, nobody is ever there. It would be really good if it was promoted better so that more people came, as it is actually very fun.
The staff was incredible. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. That is what made this place outstanding. Serkan is top notch and I would come back to this resort just to interact with the amazing staff here.
