Loud music around the pool

Very relaxing hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the big hotels. All staff are lovely and helpful. Breakfast buffet is plenty and fresh, very tasty. The rooms are spotless, the air conditioning is excellent and quiet, as is the fridge. Second time staying here, will stay again.

Powdered milk and instant coffee at breakfast..I would have loved an option of real coffee and not only instant but I understand most clients drink tea.

Great room and staff. Good value for money. Good buffet breakfast..comfortable room. I knew the property was outside Side and not on the sea so that didn't bother me.

Bathroom a little small but ok. No waste bin in room.

The room was spacious and modern, plenty of pillows and a nice thick duvet for the colder months. The air conditioning was the quietest I've ever heard! Super!! 😊 Fridge and kettle in room with coffee, would definitely stay again. The pool is big and clean. Breakfast was amazing and huge,plenty of choice, all staff friendly and helpful

Much quieter than in larger hotels. Nice pool area and well-sunlit. Clean and pleasant. The fridge in the room is silent, you can't hear it working so you can sleep well at night ( such a fridge should be in every hotel ). 15 minutes on foot to the nearest bazaar and 25 minutes to the beach. Good WiFi signal. Good hotel for not much money. Many thanks to Oguz Han ( receptionist ) for helping me.

My room was very smelly, as I seem to have booked smoker's room by mistake. This was unfortunate, as the smell of smoke really disgusts me.

Nice facilities, spacious room, staff friendliness (especially restaurant crew), great food (breakfast and dinner), good swimming pool. Kaya offers great value for money!

The location is very quiet, but the hotel is on the edge of the town, next to some fields, so the windows face some field full of rubbish.

The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was good, the breakfast was basic but quite good for the price. Good pool, good air conditioner in the room. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The nearest beach is about 20 min on foot, which was ok for us but might be a problem if you are with kids. All in all,I would recommend this hotel to those travelling by car.

Pretty messy surroundings, some unfinished details in the room and bathroom.

Very friendly and helpful staff, even though speaking only Turkish. Great price and not far from the beach (15-20 min walking)

We did not try the breakfast as it didn't start until 8-30am and we had to leave by 8am. It would be good if it could start earlier

It was noisy because all the balconies were very close. Many people were talking loudly on the balconies at night. The 3-bed room was a bit cramped.

The fridge didn't work, it was heating instead of cooling. The cleaners didn't clean the room even once in a week. Location away from attractions.

Good, varied breakfasts, nice, clean swimming pool. Early check-in possible. Nice hotel manager who speaks English and German. He helped me rent a car. The rest of the crew speaks only Turkish. You can buy dinner for 10 euros per person.

Excellent hotel with a wonderful staff. Very tasty breakfast and clean rooms. The location is good, short walk to the sea and big markets. We really enjoyed our stay there.
