It all exceeded my expectations.

We had a magical experience staying at Kayatas! It was a bucketlist experience to go to Cappadocia and Kayatas made it perfect! We had a cave suite that was super cool and luxurious. The property was an oasis. Great views. Breakfast and coffee were excellent. We were able to book all of our excursions through the hotel. It was effortless and exceptional. They also offered the best, and best priced excursions compared to individual bookings. It was such a great stay we extended our trip an extra day! The staff made our experience so memorable and magical. They were helpful, accommodating, fun, and genuinely good people! We were so grateful to have stayed there! I am so thankful to the whole staff who helped make my Cappadocia dreams better than I had hoped for! I am forever grateful! Would 1000% stay again and recommend Kayatas with all my heart!! 🙌💞✨️

In the room and bathroom not enough space to unpack. No safe in the room. Breakfast was a letdown.

Beautifull room! Perfect location to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff and lovely gardens to relax after a busy day. The manager was kind enough for book as a Hammam and it was one of the best experiences in Cappadocia.

Smoking areas should be segregated. I can understand cave consept If the personnel wear hotel uniform it would be helpfull to identify. :) If the rooftop restaurant closer to kitchen will be good for servants.

The hotel staff were very helpful. Breakfast is served on the rooftop. Airport transfer is available for a fee. The location was amazing. Around 6:00 AM in the morning, you can watch the balloons from the roof—no need to go anywhere. Also, the cave room stayed cool even during summer. We ate some dinner at Rooftop restaurant the taste of food were better than most of the other restaurant. Cooffe machine available at the loby.

Our stay at Kayatas Cave Suites was truly exceptional! The rooms were beautiful, clean, and gave us the full cave-style experience in the heart of Göreme. The location is perfect – peaceful but close to everything. A huge thank you to *Sam and Arshi* for their amazing hospitality. They were both incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. From organizing tours to giving great local advice, they made our trip smooth and memorable. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely come back again! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We had the best stay in our lives because of the ff reasons: 1. Free breakfast, even when we checked in because we made it on time 2. The best bath tub I ever experienced. Dont know if that is the standard bath in Goreme 3. Accomodating and friendly staff. They help with everything. I borrowed lighter and they gave me one. I asked for booking and cancellations of activities, they do it without judging you. 4. The room is as advertised, with dragon inside the room which made our stay very special. All our friends were asking about it. 5. The balcony is as seen in pictures. When hot air balloons fly in the morning, it exactly looks magical like in the pictures. At night, it is also a very lovel hang out spot that you could talk to fellow travellers. 6. One of the staff also offered to take pictures of us in the blacony and he is very skilled in taking Instagrammable pictures. He didnt ask for tip, he might just be doing it for fun. 7. Breakfast werent repetitive and has let us enjoy traditional Turkish breakfasts and more. We practically couldnt eat lunch after breakfast. 8. Location is very good. Although it is on top of a hill, it is not exhausting to go up for some reason. Plus, it is the views we are paying for. It is also near top-rated restaurants so we have a lot of options where to eat. It has been a while now between my stay and the time I am making this review so cant remember everything but it was the little details that made it a perfect stay.

This stunning cave hotel exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a smile, a refreshing cold water, and genuine warmth. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the sky bar is the best place in town to watch the sunset. Additionally, the terrace is a beautiful and easy spot to admire the balloons taking off at sunrise and it’s just a few stairs away from your room! The staff went above and beyond, trying to get to know individuals that were staying in the hotel, helping book attractions and making every part of the stay effortless. They even allowed me to store my luggage safely while I waited for my flight. Lastly, the location couldn’t be better, just a quick 2-minute walk to downtown. This was the perfect stay, with the most welcoming team, and I will absolutely be returning! I highly recommend!

What an amazing place in Goreme! Absolutely from the first step in, all the personnel are so polite and welcoming. Massive thank you to Sam for always being there for us with the best advice, day tours or just life stories. The room are massive and clean, providing with everything you might need. The terrace is lovely and it’s placement is perfect to admire the hot air balloons or landscape. Defo recommend!

Breakfast was ok, but not as good as in other places in Turkey. Especially if you go during peak hours, things that run out are often not restocked.

Very good cave hotel in the centre of Göreme, with a wonderful roof top. The rooms are big and wonderful. The staff were also excellent and helped us to book several attractions.
