I thought the reception and guest services staff could have been a bit more friendly but the waiting staff in the restaurants were first class. The entertainment at the hotel next door was so very loud most nights but it did stop between 11–2pm - take ear plugs if you’re an early to bed guest!

Beautiful, well maintained hotel. You’ll never go hungry or thirsty with a vast array of food in different restaurants and bars - all really high standard and good variety of cuisine. My room was spacious and comfortable with a great selection of drinks and snacks refilled daily in the minibar. Great balcony too to enjoy the view! Well stocked and great quality bathroom amenities too - no need to pack heavy toiletries. Wonderful location right on the beach, with easy access to the old town and Land of Legends. Pool areas and beach serviced well with refreshments and a great choices of places to hide away or socialise/people watch! The spa treatment I enjoyed was one of the best massages I’ve experienced and the treatment room was peaceful, plush and spacious.

The hotel's interior is starting to get a little tired, but we understand that a refurbishment is scheduled to take place in a few moths.

I express my gratitude to the Kempinski team for providing us with rest and relaxation. I extend my appreciation to all the employees of the main restaurant and the beach, including the waiters who are undoubtedly the best. The beach is impeccably clean, and the staff responsible for arranging the comfortable sunbeds in the morning deserves a heartfelt thank you. The room's comfortable bed, pillows, and cleanliness are worth mentioning. Our holiday was delightful, and we intend to return in the future. Lovely hotel, quiet and calm. Very suitable for those looking for peace. In the area there are amazing golf courses and a wonderful beach. The staff tries very hard to answer every request. Special thanks to Mr. Cunyet and Ms. Gülnihal who did everything for us to be satisfied. We will definitely visit again.

the spa massage offer is complex and offers only expensive choices. A bit of a pity not to be able to choose a 30 min massage I would have taken 3x the week, so I booked none The hotel could use an updated in the interior. Old and sat through furniture. The main lobby is a bit sad

The room is beautiful but there were several old pieces of furniture such as the large mirror in the room which is very old. There are no shuttles to the city center only taxis which are relatively expensive for the distance, a 10 minute taxi ride. I would recommend adding a bell to the tables in the pool and on the beach so that we can get service from the waiter and not wait for him to make a round

If you looking for a nice holiday you got to choose Kempinski hotel. Very peaceful and quiet hotel. I was satisfied with everything in the hotel. Staff were exceptional and very friendly especially Fatmagul hanim Mehmet bey and Ece hanim. They were very welcoming. Its a beautiful and luxury hotel. The food was amazing everyday. The chefs are incredible. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The cleanliness of the rooms can be better. They need deep cleaning, the openings of the air conditioners were very dusty. The daily cleaning is also late and not very good.

Overall it is a great hotel! We are coming there 2nd time and hope not the last. We love the tranquility, good restaurants and service. Ahmet (the waiter in the restaurant) should be positively recognised by the hotel management. He is very attentive to guests and caring for every detail. We can’t wait to return!
