They need to pay a little more attention to keeping the large balcony cleaner when a new guest arrives including if all lights and amenities are working in the room. Minor thing, but important.

The design and location are what I expect of a Boutique Hotel. The service and calibre of the staff fitting to 6 star facility.

Very nice design and spacious rooms with all facilities to make your stay comfortable. Had all the necessary amenities and equipment to deal with all situations (electric shades, dimming of lights etc..) Very nice view of the port and an excellent location in the center of Konak

I was disappointed with the breakfast. Despite paying a higher price, the breakfast options were limited and lacked quality. The selection was uninspiring, and the food seemed to be of subpar quality. Considering the price I paid for the room, I expected a better breakfast experience. Overall, the breakfast did not meet my expectations, and it felt like a missed opportunity to enhance the value of my stay.

The price was a little high but hey you get what you pay for. Also the open buffet breakfast was poor, would recommend not taking the breakfast as an optional extra and seek a local place instead where you have a vast variety in that area.

Theres no hotel lobby for dropoff guests. However they allocated staff to assist guests at side roads of the hotel. Very helpful though. I would say this is the only disadvantage. The rest is excellent!!. Butler Mr Arief was very helpful.

The Hotel Service was exceptionally! Rooms very modern and stylish. The first place in turkey where I got fresh pressed orange juice for breakfast. Also, complimentary mini bar. Location is very central and perfect to explore Izmirs old town. Parking was free of charge and excellently serviced (valet) The road side room was a little noisy and the restaurant prices are way too high. All in all a good choice if you visit Izmir.

The location of the hotel is perfect, the concept is great, my sea view room was amazing, the amenities provided in the bathroom are very good (shower, shaving, towels, bathrobes, etc.). Room service is very good. The bellboys are very polite, the receptionist Kaan is very sympathetic, fast and very good at his job. Breakfast concept was also very good.

Rooms facing the main street are noisy due to heavy traffic and the tram passing by right underneath the windows. No car stopping in front of the main entrance to the hotel. Some concierge personel is demanding tips.

Rooms are huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was buffet on the weekend and a la carte on weekdays and very tasty. Receptionist was very helpful when changing to a less noisy room.

Our visit coincided with celebrations in Izmir, so it was a bit noisy late at night.

It's a really comfortable hotel. The room was lovely and the bed spacious and very comfortable Great breakfast Staff were attentive and helpful - a special mention to the concierge on duty on our departure - without his help, we would not have been able to get our transfer to the airport Excellent location with views out to the sea and close to the Bazaar. Excellent WiFi High quality toiletries and a free in room minibar topped up daily.

Clean rooms, good internet, fine breakfast, great location and service. Room as on photo. Great view from the windows. Cleaning done everyday. Breakfast has enough meals to choose from. Personnel is of a high level. Very nice place to stay.

My son says this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in and I have to say I agree. It's has a beautiful clean interior, fabulous breakfast and attentive staff. The location is fantastic too. We loved it. I am looking forward to introducing my daughter and fiancee to this hotel in a few days time.
