We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I arrived at 9 PM, and the room was not prepared for me. I had to ask for towels at the reception. I requested a wake-up call at 2:30 AM for my airport transfer, but the receptionist didn’t wake me up and didn’t even apologize when I checked out of the hotel."

NorwayCheck-in proses was terrible, i got to call booking.com for help, it took me too many hours until i paid again at the desk. Room wasn’t clean, there was hair on the bed and dust on every corner. All-inclusive was not worth it, food was ok, gotto eat to survive, nothing like eat to enjoy. Bartender was very nice and served good drinks.

DenmarkUpon arrival at the hotel, I was informed by the staff that they would not honor my confirmed reservation. They claimed there was a "problem with the price" and told me to cancel the booking. When I refused, they denied me check-in. Furthermore, they refused to allow me access to their Wi-Fi or telephone to contact Booking.com for support. I was told I could only use these services if I agreed to book a new room at a higher price, which I believe constitutes coercive behavior. This experience was distressing and unprofessional. I had a confirmed reservation, which forms a legally binding agreement between myself and the hotel. Their refusal to honor it, and their attempt to force me into a more expensive booking while cutting off my ability to contact support, is unacceptable.

Location. Close to the public beach. Staff, reception and dining room were very Attentive and helpful. Most spoke English. Fresh food every day, including meat. Price/value is great!
