Check-in proses was terrible, i got to call booking.com for help, it took me too many hours until i paid again at the desk. Room wasn’t clean, there was hair on the bed and dust on every corner. All-inclusive was not worth it, food was ok, gotto eat to survive, nothing like eat to enjoy. Bartender was very nice and served good drinks.

I’m traveling to turkey for 5 years and every summer I’ve stayed in several hotels and this one was the worst because of the place and even the staf and the reception were very disrespectful…by the way the air conditioner wasn’t working we waited 2 hours until they fixed it.

Upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed by the staff that they would not honor my confirmed reservation. They claimed there was a "problem with the price" and told me to cancel the booking. When I refused, they denied me check-in. Furthermore, they refused to allow me access to their Wi-Fi or telephone to contact Booking.com for support. I was told I could only use these services if I agreed to book a new room at a higher price, which I believe constitutes coercive behavior. This experience was distressing and unprofessional. I had a confirmed reservation, which forms a legally binding agreement between myself and the hotel. Their refusal to honor it, and their attempt to force me into a more expensive booking while cutting off my ability to contact support, is unacceptable.

Quality of linens, bathroom fixtures are a bit rundown. Not US 4* quality. Overall interior needs a little refreshing.

Location. Close to the public beach. Staff, reception and dining room were very Attentive and helpful. Most spoke English. Fresh food every day, including meat. Price/value is great!
