There are too many buildings for one bar and people drinking alcohol drinks occupy it. Beach has strict rules and you can buy drinks and food in the beach bar but can't carry you own (no all inclusive for the beach)

Food is good, staff is very helpful and kind, most of them try to know you and say something in your language like "how are you". Kitchen chef is very kind and available. There is shuttle to beach and back and also to the center of Alanya (but not back). Had room on the most far end looking to park and trees which turned out to be good option if you want quiet nights and shades.

The beds was really hard and the sun hides behind the buildings at 3p.m. Also in the rooms was very noisy becouse you can hear everything from outside.

The place. Everything was nearby. And all was super. Really best price what you can get. Food was good also, but somethimes it was the same. Also workers was very kindly. 😊 we liked this hotel

Place for eating is small for so many people so it was a bit harder to get to the food. As a suggestion (if that could be possible to provide in Turkey) to devide into two groups which would make it easier to get to the place with food and recode the queues.

The hotel is good, small but good. The room was fine, the staff is also very good and helpful. Transfer service to the beach is good too. I will return because it is good value for the money.

Food was okay in general but something could be a bit better maybe. Everything is okay with a good value for the money you pay. In case you need a good price/performance all inclusive in Alanya, you can choose this one.

It is a good clean all inclusive hotel with a good friendly staff. All was comfy tasty and easy to access during the whole stay. Pool bar is a good place for good evening talks. Can "the barmen", he is quiet good in his work. I would definetely stay there again.

Food was repetative, it was OK but not wow. For the price you pay it is great.

Great hotel and stuff. Unlimited drinks. 2 swimming pools. Homemade flat bread with cheese and meet made in fire oven between lunches and dinners and breakfast, also teatime cakes and cookies, so you are never hungry. Also have its own private beach with free sunbeds 10 minutes walk from hotel. Free shuttle bus to the beach. Very friendly and helpful stuff.

The quality of the food is not the best.. Lack of variety, same breakfast all day, the taste of the foods are not good. No balcony at the room, sot you have to go outside of the building to able to smoke a cigarette.

- They didn't find a toilet on the beach (maybe they were looking badly) - The spa does not have a very pleasant smell (I assume that poor ventilation) - small fitness center (it is difficult to engage more than two people) - wi-fi does not pull in the second half of the room

Laundry service of the this hotel and Deniz taxi service near the hotel, they charge double of price of normal taxi.

The hotel is perfect with many facilities. Only I didn't like laundry there, a couple of our clothes became small and the colour changed. Food and other facilities are good.

That you were not allowed to drink Turkish tea from the bar because it was only for the "bosses". This was discrimination from my point of view. You either give the tea to all or not.

Hi. Kids enjoyed the slide, and the pools, the staff was very helpful, and lots of things were organized in the evening for fun. Food was great, various things to choose from daily.

Schedule of shuttle buses to the beach is not very suitable for children, so we had to go to beach by ourselves. There is slightly more than 1 km to the dedicated beach, and the roads are not comfortable for walking with baby stroller.

Very kid-friendly. Friendly staff, good swimming pools. There is even a good shop for babies nearby.

The food could've been better but given the price it was awesome. Do not expect full range of second meals, there were always about 4 to choose from and the taste was not the best, but they were offering full range of various vegetable salads and a lot of fruits and desserts which saved the situation – in summer I tend to eat more healthy food. Air conditioning was badly mounted onto the wall – it was pouring cold air all night directly on our beds and when we tried to put it on a lower level, it was almost the same, no difference in amount of the air or the temperature.

We liked the overall feeling from the hotel and the stay itself. The staff was exceptionally well behaved, always doing the extra mile. The hotel was comfortable and clean, overall experience was really great, especially given the price. The food could have been better, but what can you expect for a stay that charges 600 eur for 2 people for 7 nights? Alcohol and non alcoholic drinks were awesome, there was a tap beer available from 10 am to 12 am as well as entire pool bar with a range of various drinks included in all inclusive.

Waiters were often too fast to clean from the table and take the plates- it's not nice and if one left dessert or drinks and went for sth more, they were taking this - dear Ramira hotel - observe the tables and don't waste the food. No area for smoking so ppl smoke everywhere, which is not nice for non-smoking guests. Some tips for the Ramira hotel management about the food - for 2 weeks stay it becomes monotous, dishes become repetitive. Not enough ready-to-eat salads, vegetables are mostly solo and it's hard to make well-spiced salad on your own without too many spices. And when you come at the end of the serving time - e.g. tomatoes, ham or cheese - what ppl were eating the most, were lacking sometimes.

Very nice and helpful Staff, wide variety of food, hotel located away from the crowds, but still it's not far from the beach and the city center, for those who don't mind walks. There's a shuttle bus service to Kleopatra beach several times a day. The rooms and the hotel in general are very clean. We've been there at the end of April/beginning of May, nearly 2 weeks.

The guy at reception, name Firat, recommended us a tour company of his friend which was a complete dissapointment. They are scammers, tours of a very poor quality and overpriced. So just don't ask reception, it is better to check google map reviews.

Breakfast was good with variery of food. Dinners could be improved. Location is little bit far from the beach.

- better lighting in bathroom (for properly trim/shave beard) - the guy keeping a lookout at Beach15 was annoying (attitude and a bit touchy with the women) - most staff couldn't speak english - more equipment for the gym. Simple stuff, like a pull-up bar.
