Not enough sunbeds for the amount of people. Pool was also too small and got crowded a lot. Not enough places to sit and eat at peak times so you go later on. But then you find not as much food things have ran out, no cutlery on tables so time spent trying to find some. Staff don’t offer to get drinks so you then have to get your own from the bar. One member of staff on the bar so can be stood ages meanwhile food going cold! Spirits tasted awful and cheap. Only entertainment on 2 nights a week which i didn’t know before I booked. Kids found I quite boring at night so we ended up having to go out.

Staff were nice especially Okan on the bar, room was large and really nice. Cleaner came daily and was lovely. All inclusive was on until midnight and they had cakes, pizza etc fresh made during the day which the kids enjoyed.

There are too many buildings for one bar and people drinking alcohol drinks occupy it. Beach has strict rules and you can buy drinks and food in the beach bar but can't carry you own (no all inclusive for the beach)

Food is good, staff is very helpful and kind, most of them try to know you and say something in your language like "how are you". Kitchen chef is very kind and available. There is shuttle to beach and back and also to the center of Alanya (but not back). Had room on the most far end looking to park and trees which turned out to be good option if you want quiet nights and shades.

The beds was really hard and the sun hides behind the buildings at 3p.m. Also in the rooms was very noisy becouse you can hear everything from outside.

The place. Everything was nearby. And all was super. Really best price what you can get. Food was good also, but somethimes it was the same. Also workers was very kindly. 😊 we liked this hotel

Great to have 2 pools and plenty of sunbeds. Staff were great, especially the bar staff who were super nice, friendly and helpful. Lovely touch was the fresh-baked pita breads available between meal times

This hotel mainly caters for Russians and Eastern Europeans which is predominant in the food it serves.But the worse thing is the beds,Never in my 68years have I come across such hard mattresses,like sleeping on a slab of granite,every part of me hurt every morning,the beds were the main talk around the pool.

Basically it was a base for us,we booked for 3 weeks,so it was conveniently situated for our purpose.

Place for eating is small for so many people so it was a bit harder to get to the food. As a suggestion (if that could be possible to provide in Turkey) to devide into two groups which would make it easier to get to the place with food and recode the queues.

The hotel is good, small but good. The room was fine, the staff is also very good and helpful. Transfer service to the beach is good too. I will return because it is good value for the money.

It is a very Turkish all-inclusive experience; take it or leave it. My room had a balcony looking at the swimming pool, which means it was NEVER quiet. The music and noise from the bar are there till midnight. You have loud families and crying kids everywhere. The room was not cleaned regularly, and the bed sheets and towels were not changed even once in NINE days. The bed is old, and the pillows are so bad that I had to start sleeping without pillows as my back hurt badly. Some staff members are very rude, too. I am definitely not coming back - yet as I mentioned before, I agree that for the price I paid (assuming how little then the personnel was paid for their work and thus - lack of enthusiasm) - I cannot really complain

I would say that with the price I paid (421 euros for nine nights), I got very good quality and really cannot complain. The room was spacious, the food (all-inclusive) and drinks were ok, and there was a free beach and two pools. The hotel is located 15 15-minute walk from the beach and 25 minutes walk from the city center, which is, I believe, a great location. Having said this, I would pay twice as much next time to have a better quality vacation (see below).

Food was okay in general but something could be a bit better maybe. Everything is okay with a good value for the money you pay. In case you need a good price/performance all inclusive in Alanya, you can choose this one.

It is a good clean all inclusive hotel with a good friendly staff. All was comfy tasty and easy to access during the whole stay. Pool bar is a good place for good evening talks. Can "the barmen", he is quiet good in his work. I would definetely stay there again.

Food was repetative, it was OK but not wow. For the price you pay it is great.

Great hotel and stuff. Unlimited drinks. 2 swimming pools. Homemade flat bread with cheese and meet made in fire oven between lunches and dinners and breakfast, also teatime cakes and cookies, so you are never hungry. Also have its own private beach with free sunbeds 10 minutes walk from hotel. Free shuttle bus to the beach. Very friendly and helpful stuff.

The quality of the food is not the best.. Lack of variety, same breakfast all day, the taste of the foods are not good. No balcony at the room, sot you have to go outside of the building to able to smoke a cigarette.

Transfer - we booked through booking.com and got "taken for a ride" with additional charges, driver could not speak english, we had to stop at some of his family, and we had to buy things at overprice to be allowed to move on :-(

- They didn't find a toilet on the beach (maybe they were looking badly) - The spa does not have a very pleasant smell (I assume that poor ventilation) - small fitness center (it is difficult to engage more than two people) - wi-fi does not pull in the second half of the room

Very small premises. Transfer to the beach is an old microbus that gets packed with people. There are only 3 rides in the morning to take people to the beach and then either noon or 14 or 19 o'clock - a few runs to bring back(in 2023) The food is yummy and diverse for the day. But if you stay more than 1 day, you will note repetitive day-to-day menu . Except beer, the alcohol drinks are not tasty. Local wine is sour.

Spacious family room with a balcony and AC. They provide free drinking water in the room refrigerator, and you can refill water outside . Coffee and tea selection is excellent.
