You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A little bit old , needs to be renovated , Located in an old neighborhood, but 3 minutes walk you'll be in the main street where good shops and near transportation

Photos presenting the hotel were taken many years ago. Not an accurate description of the current hotel. Rooms are in need of rennovation, they have water damage and a leaking shower tray.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Air conditioning works well. Breakfast served was simple but fresh. Good central location for sightseeing.

The bed was too small and soft. It was out used. Mould in the bathroom. The freezer has no door on it and it was full of ice and we cannot use it.
Good air condition. Tv with hdmi cable. Parking was very helpful.

-No elevator. -Instant coffee at breakfast in a small pot, empty in the first few days was disappointing. -The air conditioner seemed to work but didn't cool the room at all. -Noisy busy street, even at night and very early in the morning-not the hotel's fault of course-
-The staff was accommodating with everything; they also spoke English at the reception. Funny enough about the cleaning and kitchen ladies though they didn't speak English we could very well communicate with signs and smiles. All were very friendly. -With my rainbow hair and piercings, I felt insecure walking around Izmir alone as a woman but never at the hotel. - It's located in the center of the city, very close to the bazaar, walking distance from the boulevard. - The hotel has a great base, I m sure it has seen glorious days in the past. With some maintenance, deep cleaning and-or painting it could have more stars. -Internet fast enough to stream tv. - Screens on the windows so I could have them open all day and night without flies or mosquitoes - A lot of choices for breakfast

Beds are little uncomfortable
Easy to reach 5-10 minutes walk form the main train station and metro. Very good and generous breakfast, nice staff. Easy to reach by walk to all main city attractions like Agora, the old town, bazar etc.

Just some small issues with facilities- like saw electrical wires, and door was beaten.
The staf was very helpful- helped with parking! Location was good, was able to walk from hotel to the pier, sea etc.

Would be nice to have a small desk and a chair instead of the round table and broken puff stool.
Wi-fi connection was very good. Nice breakfast. Contrary to other comments, I actually liked the authenticity of the neighbourhood.

The water and room are cold so I didn't have a shower after almost 16 hours journey, The air conditioner doesn't blow hot air. I was tired of asking the staff for problems, I just went to sleep and left the room early the next day. I think staff should check all facilities in the room before quests in.

1. Rooms were a bit dated. 2. It was cool inside the room during winter, but not a significant issue for me. 3. Parking access is restricted: entry is only possible before 7:30 AM and after 5:00 PM.
1. Satisfactory and somewhat quaint rooms. 2. Classic Turkish hotel breakfast with a good variety. 3. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. 4. Convenient private parking, a big plus given the central location. 5. Overall, a very positive experience, offering great value for money. Overall, despite some imperfections, the hotel deserves a ten-star rating for its quality relative to the price.
