The speed of the Wi-Fi could have been better.

The food selection and its quality at the buffet was excellent. The Wi-Fi coverage was very good. The staff was outstanding: very friendly and always eager to help and please.

The down side were the guests: you know; the type of guests that get up early just to lay down their towels on the lounge chairs around the pool. Also the food could be better. I mean, it was OK for sure. But a little more variation and taste could have been better. I found the hotel a bit expensive for what you get to be honest.

The setup of the hotel is good and logical. It’s not luxurious but they have the things you would expect for such an all inclusive. Friendly staff. Clean. Good hotel for families.

We really enjoyed everything about this resort. If we had one suggestion, it would be to expand the fresh fruit selection at the buffet. Otherwise, everything was excellent!

We stayed at the resort for a week in May and had a wonderful experience. Our room was comfortable, and the hotel amenities exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent, and we especially appreciated the entertainment options for kids. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely consider returning!

I would recommend the management make sure each room is thoroughly cleaned and make sure EVERYTHING is checked including the towels as we found something something not pleasant as all which could have been discovered by the cleaners if the rooms were thoroughly cleaned before being handed over to the new visitors. I’m sure the manager that visited us when we made the complaint knows for future how to avoid these issues in the future. Room 1218. The shops where you can buy items such as sunscreen, drinks, snacks and so on you will find are priced so excessively high so avoid the shops if you want to save 35 euros on a 150ml Nivea sunscreen. As a coffee lover the coffee was not great just coffee out of a machine, though there is a barista on the reception floor where they make coffee fresh still was not great at all didn’t finish my cup of coffee, normally I never leave a drop. I fell ill four days into my time there I don’t want to blame the hotel but I was really bad it could have been from being under the sun too long or maybe the air conditioning after the sun or maybe something else but I was constantly throwing up I could not leave my room for one whole day had a very bad headache coughing and runny nose, whatever it was it was not pleasant but I don’t put this blame on the hotel it could have been anything. The day we was leaving we went to checkout before we had to leave our room seen as the hotel was half empty we asked if we can stay in the room for a few more hours as we have a 19 month old son which at that point was really tired and our flight was not until the evening they said they’re fully booked but we can clearly see the hotel is half empty, yes they don’t have to let us but would have been a nice gesture from the hotel after what we encountered upon arrival in our room bathroom on our first day would have kind of ended things more positively.

The hotel in general is good, Nice sandy beach, plenty of pool space and staff were friendly. Food is good always fresh.

Wifi reception is extremely limited and non-existent in many locations and the speed is also questionable. The access to wifi is also tied to passport details which is not safe in general. Additionally I would personally prefer a regular wifi password instead of web browser authentication because I couldn't use some of my smart devices that cannot open a browser session to login to the server. Food variety is extensive but the taste is alright. The beachfront had wind everyday at certain times and it looks like it is a natural phenomenon at the bay.

Great beach and sea, very large and spacious pool and large number of lounges. Very helpful staff. Very close to Ephesus Ancient City and a decent car ride to Sirince village. A lot of services like rent-a-car are available inside the hotel.

The stuff don’t really speak English, if you have any problems it’s difficult to communicate. The food quality is average, nothing to do with 5star hotel standard.

Staff had some problems with communication in English, but if you ask one -two more people you'll find someone to handle the situation. Not a big issue all in all. The coffee was awful

Great location, excellent beach, spacious room( even bigger than expected and we had two bathrooms, which i didn't understand from the description of the room), pretty good level of cleanliness. Restaurant good quality, food various and tasty . Even for very picky persons(like my daughter) you can find something. Huge pool, and when the weather was bad there's a pool half inside with warm water. And a lot of space to play eit kids.
