It was raining and the patio upstairs where you can see the air balloons, the furniture was covered because the rain. There were no air balloons. Not the hotel fault.

Google map didn’t work to navigate. It brought us to a wrong place. If you need to navigate to this hotel, you need to search another hotel which is at the bottom of the hill first.

The room is very special and beautiful. Beautiful rooftop which has the best view of Cappadocia. We came here for pre wedding photo shooting. Unfortunately, there was no hot air balloon on the day we stayed. Staffs are nice. They arranged us to come again for the photo shooting on the next day which hot air balloon appeared. They also helped with the parking.

Nothing really, but I have to comment that the night staff were not as helpful as the day staff. It's not a huge deal as our stay was still wonderful.

Gorgeous room, location was dreamy with incredible views. The staff (specially Özgur) was incredible, super helpful and went above and beyond to give us suggestion of things to do and make our stay unforgettable. We got engaged during our stay ❤️

We can only write a few words for KOZA CAVE Hotel but Ozgur is the best host I have ever encountered. He was very kind and polite and made us feel very special for our wedding anniversary. He helped us plan a few things in Cappadocia such as ATV rides and airport transfers. He made our stay so relaxing that I felt like staying for a few more days :) The Hotel room that we booked had a jacuzzi and a living room with ample space to relax and unwind from daily life, breakfast was arranged after our balloon ride, and the next day when we had our flight early morning, he made sure that we have our sandwiches to go for the trip. I mean my mom used to do this but never a host.

Nothing at all

At one of the highest spots in Goreme.. the view from the balcony is amazing.. not as crowded as those big hotels so you can take your time taking photos and enjoy. Staffs are super friendly and helpful..room is well decorated and the size of the room is pretty decent. You should definitely consider staying here when you visit Goreme!

The room can get a bit warm due to location of the hot water system (even in winter), but it wasn't a problem with air conditioning and natural ventilation.

Koza Cave Hotel is excellent. In a great location and less busy and crowded than their neighbouring counterparts. The morning view of the balloons is amazing, you are able to get a great view from the rooftop terrace. The place was managed by a kind and friendly family. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices and options. The room was very comfortable and cosy, it was a proper Cappdocia cave home experience, perfect for honeymooners.

It was winter and the outside temperature 3C. There was not really anywhere to use as a lounge to sit in with our friends. There is plenty of outside seating areas but it was too cold to utilise them. THe management did not leave the lights on in the breakfast room which discouraged guests from going in it unless it was breakfast time. The heating in the rooms was set too high and there was no way to adjust the temperature downwards.

The room and ensuite bathroom were fantastic.

Amazing stay in a luxury cave in Göreme. An absolutely fantastic location - we would highly recommend to anyone visiting Cappadocia. The staff were incredible - communicating via WhatsApp before our stay to organise our balloon ride, then in person during our stay to organise a private tour and a visit to a local hamam.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel was very well kept and super clean! The WiFi and other facilities were great! The view from the terrace was incredible and the rooms were super nice! The breakfast was a nice spread. The location was in an easy walking distance from most things (the furthest being the Göreme open air museum) The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and helped a lot with our trip! Such as giving recommendations and helping us get rides to places! 20/10 experience and would most definitely stay here again!!!

We had an amazing stay at Koza Cave Hotel. The staff were all so wonderful, and the hotel was beautiful. We especially loved Ozgur and his wife Elif. Elif took us for a tour on our first day and her love for Cappadocia and it’s history really showed. We could not have had a better introduction to this place. These two really made our trip. Highly recommend Koza Cave Hotel.

When you picked this place, you will need to bear with the small room where we can’t even open up 2 medium size luggage fully. It’s fine with us but just in case you are someone who’s picky on these details, you probably want to consider somewhere else. Tall people, you want to be extra careful of your head.

The rooftop! The breakfast place! The natural cave room! You can see the effort and details in making the place comfortable and welcoming especially in the room and bathroom. Breakfast was great! Fresh and yummy! Staff were friendly and helpful! WiFi is great. Although we need to walk up the hill a little bit everyday, but I’ll still go for it!
