the only difficulty I faced was a very nice and gentle personnel at the front desk but sometimes some of them had difficulty to understand english. The person whom I checked out with Tuesday morning was very kind (sorry forgot huis name it was too early in the morning for me to memorize)

Some issue with the accent lighting in the room - couldn't switch off and issues with the sink drainage (both fixed by the tech after reported).

Good boutique hotel with a first grade design and feel. Rooms felt modern and unique from the standard run of the mill designs. Great location away from the bustle of the city, with local parks and the creek adding to the charm.

The Saff was very helpful & friendly it was our second time in Lazzoni hotel <3 <3 they gave us a very nice upgraded room, the view of the Golden horn from the rooftop in the hotel Balcony such AMAZING ! Breakfast very clean, Delicious !! & Vairitey SPA was STUNNING Every place in the hotel is SUPER CLEAN Super 5 stars* * * * * highly recomended hotel ! we'll come again & again & again for sure :) <3

Otel çok güzel servis güzel ferah personeller çok ilgili özellikle Murat bey misafir ilişkileri müdürü girişimizden çıkışımıza kadar ilgilendi otelin en güzel gülümsemesi ona ait. I had an exceptional stay at this hotel and was truly impressed by the outstanding hospitality. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. What made my stay especially memorable was the wonderful birthday surprise they arranged for me. When I returned to my room, I was delighted to find a beautifully prepared birthday cake waiting for me. My partner made a small request and the staff turned it to a beautiful experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. Location was also perfect for the purpose of our visit to Istanbul. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the staff for making my birthday so special. Their kindness and attention to detail turned a great stay into an unforgettable experience.
