The property has been used many years and no renovations.

There are many spots on walls in the building and there were old bathrooms.

The hotel was fantastic, the staff at reception always on hand to help. Ramzan dealt with lots of emails and requests from us and made sure everything was sorted before we got there. We were given complimentary upgrades to sea view rooms and a complimentary Italian ala carte restaurant visit. Omar in reception was great for organising transport and was a lovely man. The whole staff body were amazing and always on hand to help and support. Facilities and services all excellent too.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, particularly those at reception. Ramzan was amazing at dealing with emails and answering questions and organising rooms before we got there. We were given three complimentary upgrades to sea view rooms and were given a free meal in the Italian a la carte restaurant! Great service, great people and a fantastic week. Omar was brilliant at arranging transportation for us all week and works in reception too.

The hotel feels very outdated and really needs a complete renovation. Some staff members are genuinely friendly, but others seem exhausted and uninterested. It also looks like many of the positive reviews are fake—staff is polite with you then they ask guests to leave a good review in exchange for an extra day off for them. The “ultra all-inclusive” concept is very questionable. The food is just acceptable but lacks variety—it’s the same dishes every day. Juices are watered down, the coffee from the machine is awful, and there’s no barista. The only exception is barman Ali, who actually knows how to make good cocktails at the entire hotel.

The hotel is great for its money. Location is not far from Antalya airport. The territory is big and very various. You can find different spots for rest - many swimming pools for all kind of people, with music or not, with shadow or not, with kids or not. Building and rooms are very modern, well organised and clean. Restaurant have very big variation of meals which are all tasty. The beach is wide and have very thin sand.

Bathroom in rooms and toilets in different places need some regular refresh due to very high humidity.

The entertainment and some of the service staff were very nice.

The fact that I had to pay an extra 840euro it was not fun. As my sister stayed at the same hotel the same time for 2 people and paid 2200euro and I paid 3100 but later was forced to pay another 840euro because booking.com didn’t list the age of my children is not fair.

My family and I enjoyed an awesome 5 nights at Limak Atlantis. The hotel is lovely and all the staff are friendly and extremely helpful! Special mention and big thanks to the hotel manager Mr Ramazan, front desk managers Ali and Valeria who really went out of their way to solve any challenges we had. The food was simply divine! Especially enjoyed the Far East restaurant- Chef Mangal is super excellent! Best korma and kulfi malai we have had! Not forgetting the freshly made condiments like the mint sauce and mango chutney. The noodles prepared by the Asian chef was also delicious! The beach and pools were clean and well kept and the kids loved the slides! We thoroughly enjoyed the “Sultan for the Day” package.

The slides should be opened for longer periods, when you on holiday checking the time is not high on the priority list. Guest should not be allowed to reserve spots around the pool and beach loungers from before the sun comes up till sunset…that’s really unfair to us normal people who enjoy sleeping in during the holiday! Whilst the main meal options vary each night for the dinner buffet, the desserts can get a bit repetitive.

Absolutely loved this resort! From the fantastic pools and beach to the delicious food, drinks, and snacks, every aspect was enjoyable. The afternoon patisserie was a delightful touch, and the activities and animation team kept the energy high, creating wonderful night vibes. Truly a lovely place!

We had a wonderful stay and a great time. Our only feedback would be that the room cleanliness could be improved slightly.

buffet ground staff is not acceptable to other ethnic people. they need to learn to respect everyone irrespective of their color and origin.

The staff is very kind, friendly and professional. It was a very nice expetience for us, as a family with two young kids. There are many options in terms of pools and snacks. The food is good and rooms are clean.

The team was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. Every service was provided on time, and any small issue we encountered was quickly and efficiently resolved. The location is fantastic—peaceful yet vibrant, perfect for a family getaway. A special thanks goes to Front Desk Manager Mr. Ramazan and Front Desk team member Mr. Vedat for their exceptional service and kind support throughout our stay. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

- Staff is friendly - Has quite a few swimming pools, slides and kids areas to keep family occupied - There are multiple activities organized by the hotel; the hotel though needs to notify the guests of the schedule - Drinks and cocktails are amazing, much beyond our expectations

- Comparing with the price, standard rooms are small. - All the pools close early at 6 pm
