Checking in at the hotel was awful! The reception staff seem arrogant and judgemental, maybe because of our appearance (dressed up in t-shirts and short/swimming shorts) and perhaps because we didn't turn up in a limousine!! Not a warm welcome, not a smile... sad!! They demanded to see the reservation confirmation and our passports straight away! Just an awful experience! They ruined my day... But fortunately, the rest of the hotel staff seemed nicer and friendly.

Great facilities, food (for vegetarians also) is delicious; the cocktails are delicious. Good entertainment and, generally staff are quite friendly and helpful.

The room was quite small with not enough natural light & a small balcony. The wifi is very slow.

The grounds of the hotel and the pool & dining areas were great always tidy and clean. The selection of foods was amazing and presentation good. Staff were always friendly and attentive.

Poolside toilets ready for attention at the end of a big summer.

Right at the tail end of the season, this resort looked fresh and happy. Maintenance was top notch and the staff happy and helpful. Food was great and varied. We had a wonderful time.

I read the previous reviews and they are true - the rooms are not sound proof at all, you hear all your neighbours from downstairs and upstairs. The hotel is far away from Fethiye. The WiFi is unreliable.

If you want a hotel for a family, this is your choice as the entertainment for kids is fantastic. The kids pool is big and in general there's a lot to do. The variety of food is great.

Sun lounges on the beach are always taken by some guests who dont even bother showing up for hours which is really annoying. Not the hotels fault, but perhaps could come up with a booking system which allows everyone for limited hours only? Nothing else was unpleasant in our opinion, great hotel and you can see the real hard work goes in to run it everyday.

We had a family holiday and stayed 4 nights. We found everything excellent through out. Staff was great, our room was fantastic (we were told that it was one of the newly furbished ones so not sure how the others look like) Food was exceptionally good, clean, tasty, great variety. Everything including coffees and ice creams are included which is great. We loved the beach, kids club, restaurants and green areas. Would definetly go again.

Everything they sold in the shops were extremely expensive. Children's club, I didn't like that they put the TV on for children. I expected the team to play with the kids. I left my kid a couple of afternoons cos he wanted to play there, and when I picked him up, he was watching TV when he doesn’t at home. He is just only 5, and it isn't good for him at that age One has to pay extra even in the Children's club for the girls to do activities with the kids.

Good to go with kids. It has an aqua park,a couple of pools and it is perfect for small children A variety of food was good. There is plenty of space in the restaurant A great entertainment team for adults and for children

Although it was all inclusive and the amount of restaurants and the food served was unbeleivable. But really i did not like the restaurants food. Even the open buffet food was terrible. Need to change the cheif.

Gorgeous facility with beautiful and functional family accommodation. WiFi coverage throughout the resort and way too much food! The staff we dealt with were all friendly, helpful and always smiling. Honestly the best part of our trip so far!

We booked pavillon 2 times but the service is not good, you should obey their timing to drink . when you are not ready or not in the pavillon they still bring no matter what.

Ugly beach, the sea was not nice. A lot of Russians in the hotel who were rude. The rooms did not have soundproof walls, so you could hear everything, including running water.. As a couple, we chose a double bed for booking, but we got two separate beds. A friend who was with us and was alone in the room got a room with a double bed. Reluctant employees /mainly men/ work at the reception.

Poor or no Wifi in the rooms… It should be mentioned that Wifi is only available in reception, restaurants and other public areas. Ala Carte restaurants (Irviz & Olive Tree) not good.

the room was low standard. three restaurants "a la carte" but the menu is fixed, you cannot choose, so it is a waste of time to go there.
