I know it was due to the holiday and the game. However, the hotel has extremely poor sound insulation. I couldn't sleep well for the 3 nights I stayed. I didn't expect the noise this bad but it would be great if the hotel could provide earplugs.

The staff are friendly especially for the male manager in the breakfast service room. Great smile and thoughtful service.

I recommend to improve the bread selection for the breakfast

The location of the hotel is very good, from the sea view rooms there is a stunning view over the Bosphorus, staff very friendly - Tugce and Ferit were very responsive to our needs and always trying to ensure that we are satisfied . Breakfast has various options, you can order an omelette if you want.

Everything was great!

We had an amazing stay at Marble Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety, the rooms were very clean, and the sea view was absolutely fabulous. The location was perfect and made it very convenient to explore Istanbul. Everything about our stay was positive and comfortable. A very special thanks to Tuça for the outstanding hospitality and kindness throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back again!

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent - very close to Taksim Square, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and great specialty coffee shops nearby ☕️ The breakfast was good, the dining area has a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. The staff were wonderful and very welcoming, and the ladies cleaning the rooms were absolutely lovely 💕 The room itself was clean, housekeeping was done every day, the shower had hot water with good pressure

The location is perfect, situated in a district filled with a variety of local restaurants and bars. The room very confortable with an exceptional view of the Bosphorus. Breakfast wasn’t great, limited choices with a focus on Turkish type of breakfast-difficult for foreigners… Bad filter coffee (only one available) : need to invest in a good automatic coffee machine. No fresh milk but made up from concentrated milk. We would have preferred to have some additional classic breakfast options (eg scrambled eggs, normal bread-not just the Turkish simit). Also, something needs to be done about the loud noise/music of the nearby club until 2am everyday that affects the back rooms!

The facilities would welcome a refreshment, and the smell in the room has been a bit unpleasant at times - I would assume the old pipes and ventilation system might have done their job. Also, some soundproof windows would be great as the hotel is in the very center so it might be a bit loud in the night. But this was a tiny inconvenience in comparison to all other good sides of the hotel.

The location of the hotel is amazing, and the value for money is absolutely the best you can get in Istanbul. Booking the room with sea view is 1000% worth it as it is one of the most beautiful views I have seen in my life, such an amazing view to wake up to. The bed is very comfortable, the room is of a great size and you have everything you might need. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Breakfast is very tasty, varied and again with amazing views. I am confident this is the hotel I would return to when I come back to Istanbul.
