United KingdomRooms are dated but comfortable, we had to ask for a fan as air con is wrong place and useless. Food ranged from a yummy lamb kebab to stuff like the sausages that did not look like food. One day there was sushi which was popular and then a big vat of slop with no label that I am sure no one touched. Would have been nice to have fried rice and other touches but the Irish stew went well with my prawn crackers and boiled rice. Some days we struggled to eat more than bread for breakfast because it seemed like by 9:30am you are left with scraps as they stop cooking. Even one lunch we seemed to be too late, pizza and grill amazing but good luck trying to get anything as always a queue and gone so quickly. Which leads me to the next bug bear, some guests are super rude, lean over you push in etc and staff say nothing about it. At checkout I was waiting patiently and this woman walked up to reception just as I was about to step forward talking and pushed past like I was invisible - now I know I do not know the language but surely you would say 1 moment whilst I just serve this lady. Happened at bars, in the restaurant all the time and really started to grate on us.
Excellent location, great pools and wow what a great view. Spa was great too and good value. Drinks on offer was varied and the entertainment team make a lot of effort with decorations on themed nights , quality equipment for games etc and always say hi. Bed was super comfy and we did not hear any noise so slept soundly. Quality of food in snack bar was great but not consistent.

United KingdomThere isn't enough air con in the main buildings nor in the rooms themselves. I felt very sorry for the staff working in such conditions and the evenings in the bedroom could be quite stuffy and uncomfortable as it was just too hot.
The location and grounds were stunning. Our room overlooked the pool and sea and was really lovely and clean. The staff were all absolutely fantastic and friendly, from the reception staff to the bar mastiff and the servers at meal times. The staff clearly work very hard so thank you again for looking after us. The spa was wonderful and we had an amazing massage and Turkish bath so a special thank-you to the wonderful ladies giving the massages. The hotel building itself is beautiful and is much prettier to look at than all the other plain white box hotels in the area. The beach was lovely and clean also. The entertainment was lots of fun and the animation staff were fun and friendly.

AustraliaOne thing was I feel the aircon in the rooms weren’t able to compete with the heat. They struggled to keep our rooms cool which made for some hot summer nights.
It was great place and their staff were very kind and helpful but overall they greeted us with smiles and were always willing to help. The rooms were a little older but no problems there as it was very clean. Would stay there again!

There is always a cue waiting to long for drinks, the activity for kids very late and only for 30 mins the same everyday night. The kids club closed already at 17 and Sunday there was no activity or entertainment that was sad

RomaniaHowever, my stay started off on the wrong foot. Upon arrival, I was given a different room than the one I had booked — it was clearly a downgrade, not properly cleaned, and yet I was told it was an "upgrade." It was disappointing to feel misled. Fortunately, I was moved to a room closer to what I had originally reserved the next day, which was much better, but I do believe this situation could have been handled more professionally from the beginning. Despite this issue, the resort itself has a lot to offer, and I did enjoy the rest of my time there. I would consider coming back, but I hope the check-in experience is improved for future guests.
I had a wonderful vacation at this resort. The outdoor pools were large, clean, and pleasantly warm — and despite the number of guests, it never felt crowded thanks to the spacious layout. The spa was excellent, offering a truly relaxing experience. I was especially impressed by the friendly and helpful staff who made the stay even more enjoyable. The food was great, and both the restaurant and bar had a welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciated the resort’s private beach — it was a peaceful and beautiful spot to unwind. After my first night, I moved into a different room which turned out to be very nice and comfortable. One unique highlight was the on-site photographer — we took advantage of this service to capture a few special moments from our trip, which made for some wonderful memories.

The location is excellent you can easily walk to the Icmeler centre or get the sea taxi to Marmaris. The food was very good for an all inclusive. The Mexican restaurant was excellent.

The pools are just beautiful they are not heated so expect them to be a little nippy. The staff are fantastic, they work so hard and go out of their way to make sure you have the best time. The location is superb right on the beach , small shop under the hotel and Icmeler bars/restaurants 5 mins walk. Food is very samey breakfast don't be expecting full English as this is not catered for instead lots of fruit, bread which was delicious, lovely eggs and omelette. Lunch and dinner very similar with a huge salad bar and chicken lots of chicken lol Beds are extremely comfortable and the pillows were too. Rooms are varied we enjoyed ours.

It was a great stay overall. When we have checked in at night time they have given us room which had many defaults like : shower temperature which was changing from hot to cold every second, phone wasn’t working, sink was stuck so I went to reception and asked them to change the room as it was very uncomfortable for us. Reception stuff in the morning did brilliant job and special thanks to Mr. Ahmet I believe he is manager there and also guest relations Kulyash who helped us. They have upgraded us to 2 bedrooms which was much more better and we have enjoyed a lot our stay. You hotel stuff did brilliant job and without them our stay won’t be so good, also big thanks to Mr Mehmet at beach area who was very kind and taking care of us. Nurlybek from Mexican restaurant as well was very attentive to our concerns. From the main restaurant where we had breakfast,lunch dinner all the stuff were so helpful and nice. We have done also SPA and it was amazing. I forgot all of their names however they are from Bali and they were so professional and they know what they are doing. Great job !
