I recommend to gave a there guests a bottle of water and maybe in morning to have burek .

The hotel is very good. It is close to park Gülhane and port where go sea transport. The room is big and there is everything that you need. It is very clean hotel. The breakfast is Turkish style but you can eat Evan continental style. When we leave they gave us souvenir Turkish sweets. I recommend this hotel. Close there is money exchange, restaurants, shops.

Perfect location in the heart of the Old city close to all historical landmarks and at the same time close to the sea. Very close to Sirkeci railway station and the tram stop. Very polite and cooperative staff.

1. Pool temperature was too cold, my wife doesn't came into the pool! 2. The bathrobe booth had holes ( big holes) on the back! It was inconvient to wear on the hallway. And also the string was missing! 3. The toilett seat was small dosn't fitt for the base!

Location of the property, close to the main attractions in Istanbul. Tram and train stations 5 minutes walk Restaurants and eateries right outside the door. Reception staff, in particular Mustafa, were outstanding in providing information and courteous service.

We liked everything. but they should give some complimentary water for the guest staying. and the AC shouldn't be controlled by management as some guest wants cold AC at night.

Breakfast was diverse with the exception of bread choices. Only white breads were provided. The breakfast area was quite dirty and tables and chairs could use a deep clean. Food didn’t always look fresh and was cold.

Stayed at this hotel for four nights in March 2024. The hotel is located conveniently at walking distance from the Sirkeci station of the Marmaray and T1 tram, as well as ferries at Eminönü. Important tourist sites are very near as well. Initially I was put in room 203. Although the room has a window, it faces a shaft in between other buildings and therefore barely receives fresh air or sunlight. Therefore I requested to be placed in another room, but the hotel was fully booked for the night. The next morning I was taken to two different rooms by the reception staff and given the choice of room. I ended up in a room with a balcony with plenty of natural sunlight and a cool breeze from the street below. Staff warned me for outside noise, but because the rooms are well insulated and noise proof this didn’t bother me. Having asked for laundry service, staff informed that laundry could be returned the same day if laundry was given in the morning. I decided to immediately give my laundry in the afternoon. After dinner I came back and to my surprise my laundry was finished already! Overall my stay was very comfortable, staff was cooperative and very friendly and the rooms were very clean. Definitely would stay again in the future.

Our stay at Maywood Hotel was EXCELLENT and highly recommended . From the moment you arrive, you're welcomed with open arms and the staff is very generous and welcoming and open to help with everything you need and ready to make your stay memorable. The rooms? Modern VERY CLEAN, cozy, and equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. And the location? It's unbeatable, even though you're on a bustling street, you can't hear a thing from the rooms. The restaurant across the street is highly recommended too, and it's located close to all major attractions and very near public transportation. In short, Maywood Hotel isn't just a place to stay, you will feel at home in Istanbul they think of all the details. At check-out, they give you a typical gift so you can take a piece of Istanbul home with you. Honestly, I would definitely stay there again 100%.

The rooms are not sound isolated. You can hear when your neighbours come and go and when housekeepers start in the morning.

The location is great. Rooms are equipped with everything you might need. All the staff is friendly and polite, especially Mustafa who welcomed us. We had issue with hot water in the first evening and they resolved it immediately. 🙂

Breakfast was not as expected. I was expecting more diversified breakfast and more continental. I guess breakfast is good for Arab taste but for sure not for European taste.

Everything is perfect. You have the feeling, as if you have gone to the dearest family. I am staying in the same hotel for the fifth time. Everything is close to you, you are in the center of events. The breakfast is excellent
