Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

PakistanThere is a club right across that plays loud music till 1am in the morning. But if that is an issue, Oludinez is not the olace for you.
Cannot explain how good the location of the hotel was. Right on the main street where all the party and activities are and walking distance from the beach. A nice cozy room, clean, comfortable, friendly staff and perfect for a couple.

IndiaA bit costlier for the room but I guess that's true for all of Oludeniz.
It was on the most happening street of Oludeniz. You would love it at night if you are the kind of people who loves partying. It's just 100m walk from the main beach.

New ZealandWe found the cloth from previous stay in the hotel, which suggests the cleaning wasn't very thorough. A little bit noisy from some unknown machine humming noise, which could be from the cherry pub. The noise disappears around middle night.
Very close to the main beach. The hotel also has a big restaurant provides very nice breakfast.

United StatesThis didn’t bother us as we were aware of the location but if you need to sleep early or are looking for a very quiet spot, know that this is a loud and lively street.
We loved the location - few minutes walk and you’re on Belcekiz Beach, and in the evenings you’re right where the restaurants and bars are. As it’s on Çarsi Caddesi, a very lively street, everything you may need is within a quick walk. The staff are very attentive and pleasant- we were well taken care of. Breakfast is five star: freshly made and very generous. The restaurant of the property is very good, perfect for dinner as well.

United KingdomThe noise at night from the close Turkish kind of pubs was a bit loud, but I would say it didn’t keep up to sleep. And the air conditioning is a good quality, so we could close the window and that helped. We were on the back side, so a bit more quite as well. I would still recommend this place for their great service and food!
The location is really great, close to the beach (5 minutes walk), shops, restaurants are very close, very nice place for eating, the food is excellent.

UkraineInternet is still bad. The music from the nearby restaurant might be very loud till 00:30, depending on which side of the hotel your room is. Not sure what wrong with the mosquito screen, but it doesn't work - you'll need a repellent. Tap water is terrible and salty, not usable even for tea (I'm sure it's not the hotel fault).
The only hotel at Oludeniz beach I found where I could actually work. Internet is still terrible (no cam possible), but much better than most places nearby. Mimoza is a hotel-restaurant, so the breakfast is gorgeous. Nice cozy room without any specific fault. Nearby Migros supermarket is great. Very close to the beach. Located at the central street.

United KingdomIf you want to enjoy your stay in Oludeniz and looking for a place close to the beach and in the centre of the city and the night life, Mimoza Hotel is the right place for you. The rooms are with balcony overlooking the High street, big enough for your comfortable stay. The staff is smiling and very friendly. The guys can answer all your questions and help with useful information. The restorant is amazing with traditional and more modern choices in the menu. Mimoza Hotel can provide you with everything you need for your holiday in this city.

ItalyWe were given a “suite”. Which was just a regular triple room with wardrobe and a small balcony, adjacent to the kitchen vent. For some reason, the floor was often terribly hot and the air conditioning was very poor. Thus, the room was most of the time too hot. Some reviews of the hotel mentioned that you could hear noise from surrounding bars. Though, It turned out that at night you can hear the trashiest music ever, crazy loud, coming from some sort of open-air disco right in front of the hotel. The first night I wanted to have a shower about 11 pm, but there was no hot water. I went to the reception to complain, and a staff member apologised for the inconvenience, saying that I had been unlucky, having picked the wrong moment, when all staff members from the hotel restaurant were having a shower at the end of the shift. He encouraged me to wait maximum half an hour for the hot water to come back. Not worth mentioning that hot water never came back. Not even the following days. Surprisingly enough, the breakfast does not include water, not even a glass. And a bottle is more expensive than in Italy. Luckily, our stay was just for two days. Never again.
The only positive point of Mimoza Hotel Was the position very close to Oludeniz beach.
