I visited the hotel for a business trip. Clean, excellent location, generous and local breakfast. I had to wash some clothes and ask for various information, and the staff was very helpful. I also recommend it for sightseeing. The hotel terrace offers a panoramic view.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming! Room was spotless and comfortable. Plus, the hotel’s location is superb—just a short walk from the Grand Bazaar and tram lines, ideal for exploring the historic heart of the city.

The bathroom sometimes smelled a little funny, but it didn't negatively affect the overall experience.

Breakfast was delicious - an assortment of olives, bread (incl. pancakes!), ham, fresh vegetables, boiled eggs, and baked macaroni. The menu isn't the same everyday, on some days you get to eat different foods! We got a free upgrade to the King Suite - we originally booked the Triple Room (3x single beds for the three of us), but we got moved since we stayed for more than 3 days. It was a nice room - 2 king beds, 1 in a separate room that's attached via a hallway. There was also a nice couch to lounge on after a day or night-out. The toilet was also nice! The rooftop terrace was also quite nice! It does get hot during the day, but it's pretty cool otherwise. The staff also made our stay super comfortable. One of the staff members recommended a local historical hamam to us - good price for the package we got (was about €50 for a sauna experience, hot stone, body scrub, and foam body wash and massage!). On our last day, the manager also kindly allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel despite having checked-out. The staff also helped us print out our boarding confirmation! It was very kind of them to do so. I'd definitely recommend! Very worth it for the price, and it's also placed in a nice location (close to a tram station and to the metro).

We had an amazing stay at the Nanda hotel. It's in a great location, near the Grand Bazaar and many public means of transportation. Upon arrival we were happy to find out we'd gotten a free room upgrade. The rooms are clean and spacious, full of light. All the facilities worked just fine, most importantly the air conditioning and the free wi-fi. The daily room service was nice. We got an excellent breakfast every morning, the buffet had many options to choose from. And last but not least, the staff were super nice, always attentive and ready to help. Overall, I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling ro Istanbul.

There were no hooks/shelves in the bathroom for personal items, but it was only a very minor inconvenience. The surrounding area could be nicer.

Location — major sites like Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace are just a short tram ride away. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and check-in from 12 pm was a definite plus (I was able to check in even earlier). The rooms were clean, AC worked well, and the buffet breakfast, while modest, provided a good variety to start the day. Overall, a solid choice that offers very good value for money.

I loved that our hotel was in the perfect location, just two tram stops away from Hagia Sophia, museums, and many other tourist attractions! I highly recommend this hotel, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff was also very lovely and made sure we were happy and comfortable during our stay. I have already recommended this place to other family members and can't wait to return!

Everything was beautiful. We were welcomed very kindly and the service is at the level. The food was completely satisfactory. The rooms are small but quite sufficient, clean and tidy for two people. The location is perfect and all attractions are very close. We will come back again and a big greeting to the hosts.

I recently stayed at Nanda Hotel in Istanbul with my family, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is centrally located, within comfortable walking distance of many of the city's iconic monuments, and is surrounded by a vibrant shopping and dining scene. The hotel itself is cosy, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great start to each day. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the warm and welcoming staff. They were all incredibly friendly and genuinely passionate about providing top-notch service. I’d especially like to highlight Mr. Dovlet, a true gentleman who consistently went above and beyond to assist us, offering invaluable help, guidance, and advice. His dedication to ensuring that every guest has a fantastic stay is rare and greatly appreciated. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Dovlet and the entire team for making our stay such a special experience. Nothing, it was perfect

The rooms were big and clean , staffs were very friendly and attentive all times. There is a lift in the building which is very useful. Each floor had its own hot and cold water dispenser with plastic cups. Rooms were cleaned daily. Very good service and would highly recommend.

The customer service was exceptional, had a few issues with the room but was resolved, were very friendly as soon as we walked through the door, throughout our visit up until leaving the hotel. Has a lovely restaurant area with good breakfast, they have a lift which is very convenient for us as we were on the 5th floor. This hotel also came with a rooftop terrace area.
