Small pool areas, very busy all the time so hard to get a sun lounger. Certain member of staff was creepy and kept trying to talk to me, made me feel uncomfortable as a solo female traveller

The food was tasty. However, it tends to be repetitive day after day. Maybe adding more variety would be a nice consideration.

The staff members were extraordinarily decent and helpful, especially the English-Turkish bloke at the lobby. The property was clean, but overall the place is a bit run down; especially the toilets. But I would definitely recommend it for a few nights

My only concern was I had to go to front desk and ask them for a room clean. Apparently the manager said that the rooms were cleaned every 2 days. Which I've never heard off before. Room cleaning services was very very poor. No towels given untill asked and room only moped with a dry broom.

It's really close to several bars and it was hard to get enough rest during the night due to loudness.

The animator/DJ is a nice person, but he needs to step his game up. At least don't play the same playlist with 10 tracks every day. Our bed was not comfortable, but my standards are very high in this field.

Staff: they are the main strength of this hotel. It's out of this world, best i've seem so far. Everybody is polite, always smiling, always looking to help you in any way they can. Special thanks to Muhammad at the main restaurant. All inclusive concept: important to mention, that they make cocktails for free at pool bar. This came as a nice surprise upon arrival. Food is really good, plenty to choose from, fish and seafood at least 2 times a week. Room: bit worn, but very clean. The make up your room every day. Water pressure is good even on the 4th floor. Common areas: nice and clean. You have to fight for sunbeds at the pool, but i call this natural selection. Common toilets also exceptionally clean. Beach: cleaner than an average beach in Alanya. The snacks are there if you need them and you can drink water and some juices even after 4pm from the machines. Beach boy is nice and working hard all day, deserves a tip. Swimming is rarely possible due to the waves, but there is no way to fix this, unfortunately. Placement: Oba is less crowded, but still busy in the evening. Bus direct busline to center is close and costs 18 TL as of today. They even let us to stay after chek-out and enjoy everything (pool, hammam, food, drink) except the for the room more than 6(!) hours.

The hotel is not family run. Very noisy environment - program of hotels in the area until deep into the night, noisy music all day. Animator was really bad - no program, only noisy reproduced music (live music in the surrounding hotels).

The food was tasty, there was plenty to choose from and there was always plenty of it. The staff was very nice and helpful. The beach was clean and the beach bar was enjoyable. The rooms were older but clean.

I didn't like that at the beach there were stones at the entrance in the water, but there's nothing to do about it, just to go to another beach or get over that inconvenient. At the beach bar the alcohol isn't covered by the ultra all inclusive option. If you don't wake up early, you won't find sunbeds available at the pool.

The staff was friendly and they helped us with everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was great, especially the dessert. The beach is close to the hotel. There is a pool bar and a beach bar as mentioned.

The hotel is old and could use a make over. Tiny rooms. There was no space for our suitcases. We stored them on the balcony. Tiny closet. Cleaning of the rooms lacked. We had the feeling as if only the beds were made and now and then the towels were changed. One day we saw the maids sitting on the bed in a guest room - smoking! Hallways were used as storage for big boxes. The pools are very small and the sun beds were occupied with towels all day. Noisy and very loud music in the evening.

Great location. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Food was really good. Many options during the day. Possible to eat at the beach bar as well. Beach was very clean, plenty of sun beds. Bring bathing shoes as there are many peoples and stones. The Spa was great and definitely worth a visit! Booked the hamam und the mix massage by the woman from Bali. We would definitely recommend doing the the same.

I really hated to noisiness. People did not sleep tilll 4am and therefore disturbing other people. I do not recommend this place for elderly, who has a regime. Rooms are too small and the design is too dark. Overall dirty cooking and cleaning.

I really liked the staff especially Yolanta Aksoy(travelers assistant) and all the bartenders.

pool area too small compared to client amount, quality of cleaning varied from bad to great every day, Wi-Fi needs to be reconnected multiple times a day and was relatively slow. beach bar doesn’t include alcohols, annoying sunbed reserving system by own towels.

Despite a perfect location, the hotel rooms need renovation asap. The lobby and lower floors got renewed and therefore it’s showing even more. The food was not vegetarian-friendly and only 3 out of 10…

The staff was trying their best to fulfill our requests (specially Hasan)such as finding a better room, changing beds, etc. They were really sweet and even gave us a compliment from the hotel. BUT >>
