What needs improvement is the smeel of the toilet is annoying, and the bathroom needs a little maintenance and renovation Overall, it was a nice experience and will recommend the hotel for family stay

The location is perfect near the main touristic areas and very near to the tramway, the staff is very welcoming and helpful, the beds and room services are perfect with clean sheets and towels, the breakfast was good and enough with different varieties

Over all it was all good.

This hotel is in a great location, great staff, good breakfast and they were very helpful when my parents arrived earlier than us. I also highly recommend the spa and the Turkish bath in the hotel. It was FANTASTIC especially Milana, she was so good and we went twice. They also had a pram ready for us when we requested and that helped us massively with our little one.

After leaving the hotel, they called and started telling us that we had paid with fake bills. At the same time, we paid at check-in. These same bills were easily changed at several exchange offices. It looks very much like a scam. Ruined the impression of the hotel.

Bath was old and water was leaking from the shower, so the floor was completely wet every time after using the shower. Room was crowded (there were 2 single beds and one double bed).

Location was great, just in the middle of everything. But this of course came with the problem of hearing all the street noise (tram was very loud). The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed. Breakfast is ok-ish, same every day so after 5 days you get pretty bored. Wi-fi working perfect in the room. Good AC. We didn't interact too much with the staff, so I can't rate them

1. Breakfast is the same everyday, and almost poor. 2. Bath room, and the room itself small, but for the people who need the rooms for sleeping it is acceptable.

1. Location is the best. 2. Shopping and restaurant are available everywhere around the hotel. 3. Tourist areas are close to the hotel like Sultan Ahmet Mousse, Grand Bazar, and Egyptian Bazar, .... etc. 4. Staff are good enough.

The tram line is right outside, it can be quite loud in the early hours if you're a light sleeper. Also, the coffee was terrible!!

Very convenient if you are dragging luggage around - only 2min walk to the main train station (only 1 simple change if coming from the airport), 5mins to the ferry terminals. Plenty of cafes and shops in the streets around. Good selection of things at breakfast too!

Stayed on the 6th floor and during most of our stay suffered from a bad smell from the bathroom drainage (hope it's not the same on the lower floors). The neighborhood and the tram line can be very noisy, while the windows are not soundproof.

Stayed in rooms 602, 603 and 604 which were newly renovated and very comfortable. Excellent location, with the Sirkeci tram station only a few steps away. Breakfast selection was a bit limited, but don't let that hold you, plenty of breakfast options can be found steps outside the hotel for a very fair price.

the location was Great & the staff are extremely nice. prices were fairly good compared to other hotels. i need to say that Mr orhan, mahmud and specially Mr kadir and Emre were the best staff i ever met. always helpful and smiling.

Breakfast was at best, Average. Too clumsy and very limited choice compared to most other hotels in the area.

Excellent hospitality at the front desk and very accommodating for early checkin and storing bags before and after checkout. Kadeer, Manager is exceptional when it comes to attending to needs. Thank you and will come again to stay and enjoy. Location is smack in the middle of all the action. Room was clean and everything was working as it is supposed to.

The door of the room was with big gap and you can hear everything down the hall. And everyone can hear you...

The location, the food, the service, the rooms, everything was great! It is easy to find, close to everywhere in the old city. Very friendly staff! The rooms are small but clean. The breakfast is rich and tasty!
