In our stay, the safe locker was not operational, and the room was not ready need to wait for 1 hr and then after some time technician came to fix the toilet.

Convenient location especially if taking the bus. Cute rooftop set up for sunrise and sunset. Breakfast was amazing, full spread with majority of different options daily. Staff were great, in particular Rahmet who was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very decent size and had all the necessities.

Walls and doors are not very soundproof. You can even hear other people's conversations.

The room was a good size with great views. Came with coffee and tea facilities plus mini fridge. The bathroom was extra large compared to other accommodations I have had. The breakfast spread was also very good and the staff friendly. Great location to all the restaurants and shops.

The location is in a heart of Goreme town which makes a good base for sightseeing with lots of shops and restaurants around. Cappadocia is a town you definitely need a car and the friendly hotel staffs will always guarantee a parking space in front of the premise which is excellent. The hotel terrace is also a great spot for balloon viewing! There is netflix in the room so my kid is super happy about it!

I loved my stay at this hotel and only wish I had more time there. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful in organising tours, a balloon ride, and more. The breakfast was exceptional, with plenty of choice and always kept well stocked. I can’t wait to visit again.

Gena and all his family are very kind and helpful. They supported us in every moment, also the room and the view on the city from their terrace is amazing. The location in very close to everything you need. Also, we chose it because it was not a proper cave room, so we had a window to change the air in the room which is always good.

The location of this hotel was excellent. The manager, Farhaad, made us feel extremely welcome. Our room was cozy, clean, and private. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Arrangements for hot air balloon and transfers from and to the airport were done by Farhaad, which made our stay hassle and worry free. We felt very comfortable in this hotel. Cappadocia is a beautiful place with many food options, lots of shopping opportunities, and many interesting sites and activities for visitors.

Some of the staff's English was bit limited, but nothing that a little bit of pointing and google translate didn't solve. the room was bit nosy one of the nights as I was right by the stairs.

Had a great stay at Olivia Hotel, location was ideal, easily to walk the whole town. Great view and the breakfast and dinner menu was good. The hotel has a lovely roof terrace and restaurant that looks over the town and great reading spot. The hotel staff was great at arranging activities like the hot air balloon and quad biking.

The staff was the best, since the moment we book the hotel until the checkout they were excellent. They contacted us in advance with the best tours options. Also booked the ballon flight with them, but unfortunately the 3 days we tried it was cancelled due to wind conditions. They were always helpful and friendly. We also booked the red and green tours with them, and we loved it. As our check out was too early in the morning they prepared a breakfast to bring with us. The location is also amazing, near the restaurants and shops.

We had a 4 bed room. Main bed was fine but the third and fourth ones were just stop gap kind. Difficult to sleep in them. Nonetheless, all else was great.

Very close to the bus arrival and to the main road. Clean and tidy property with good up keep.

I am rating this hotel high for everything. Farhad was regularly communicating prior to the arrival. He was very helpful with the tour itinerary, information, and advice. Centrally located, clean, friendly staff Breakfast is delicious. The view of town is beautiful from the hotel terrace
