Honestly everything was great at this hotel; nothing to complain about at all.

The best part of this hotel is the thermal water and the thermal pool. It has the mud inside of the thermal water and when you put it on your skin, it's amazing and makes your skin soft and silky. Sitting inside the thermal water is relaxing and a one of a kind experience. I never seen a hotel with a thermal pool like this! When you look for hotels in Pamukkale, you will notice the variety is limited. This hotel probably has the best natural thermal pool in the area. The mud found in the thermal pool is therapeutic and great for your skin. The entire experience of sitting inside the thermal water with the mud on your skin is one of a kind... you'll be relaxed instantly. The location of the hotel is perfect because it's a 5 minute drive to the Pamukkale Travertines and Hieropolis. The hotel offered breakfast and dinner, and both were great and full of delicious food. I highly recommend staying here if you come to the Pamukkale area. The hotel is a little dated but it's very clean and organized. The people working here are very generous and professional.

Very this was exceptlional.

Very amazing property beautiful, scenic and very easily accessible. We travel solo me and my husband but it was so easy to get there. Once we reached there we were greeted by the staff and they help us with the checkin and brought our luggage’s to our room. Gave the details of breakfast and dinner timings as well as the available amenities of the hotel. The thermal spring is the best part of the hotel and they had amazing spa options which we did take and loved it as well. The staff is amazing and exceptional customer service. One should definitely stay in this property and every penny spent will be worthwhile.

Spa service for massage did not ask for any allergies or previous injuries which was a bit concerning. Most of the staff barely spoke English which made it difficult to communicate. Dining hall was crowded and gave the vibe of a conference room.

The thermal pool in the hotel was a nice addition to the stay. We got to experience the Turkish bath in the spa and the massage was quite nice. The staff was friendly despite not speaking much English - they tried to help. The food was alright, with a lot of variety.

The beds were not very comfortable and some tools were not well maintained.

Breakfast was more than enough. Open air thermal pool is the best in the region. Swimming pool is wide enough for swimming. Rooms and facilities are very accessible. Thermal water in each room.

A few small criticisms. On asking for additional tea for room, we're told only 1 tea bag per day! Rationing seemed ridiculous at a 5 star hotel. I thought buffet was great but at dinner the entertainment was simply too loud. It was quite fun watching the entirely Turkish resident guests (apart from us of course) enjoying the party atmosphere BUT it was loud! We enjoyed feeling like the only English guests in this part of the world but some may find this uncomfortable and disconcerting. We do not speak Turkish but just about managed to be understood by most.

Great location , a few short miles from Pamukkale. Excellent wellness facilities, although gym could have more to work with. Pool area great (although in January a little too cold for us). The thermal pool at 40° was amazing! Like a bath. Food reasonable and ultimately good value. Breakfast excellent with lovely coffee - which can be challenging to find in Turkey! You would not stay hungry as buffet is extensive and a giant fruit basket in room to welcome you (which makes it all the stranger that tea and coffee be rationed -see comment below) all in all,a pleasant stay.

The decoration of the dining room needs an update.

The facilities were pretty good and clean. The food was good with lots of options. The rooms are comfortable. The location is nice, a short-walk from the village and by the mountains.

The pool was great in all aspects. the air temperature was 10 while the pool water was warm. The thermal water was a great experience with multiple water temperatures. Breakfast and diner were good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

İt was little bit cold in the room. The problem is that the airconditioner was too old and noisy. The rooms are not so spacy. İ was there 12 years ago and now it is the SAME like before. No improvement. Overall it is a nice location but definately it is far, far away from 5 stars hotel. According to the Europeen standarts. The staff was nice, the room was clean it every day.

The spa staff does not speak English. The sauna and steam room should be open from 9 am to 10 pm. The staff kept turning them off. Each time I had to approach the staff and ask them to turn on the sauna and steam room.

It is imposible to contact the hotel through booking or email, they don't answer. They speak little english at the reception. There were many cockroaches in the bathroom at night and also in the area. I was trying to explain that in the reception but they didn't understand me before they used google translate. A man came and sprayed with a spray for flying insects but that didn't help much.

It is a nice clean large room, comfortable bed. The TV is hidden in the mirror. I could check in before kl 14, I was offered tea while waiting when my room was prepared. It is a beautiful hotel, beautiful garden and area and hot pools are very special experience. They welcomed me with a fruit dish in the room. Breakfast and dinner were good. They also serve afternoon tea with own made cookies. The overall experience is luxury and good quality to affordable price.

If you don't have a car, location is not the best.

Exceed my expectation. Good value for money. After long day drive and tour, warm therma and swimming were very nice choice. Facilities were well maintained and staff were all kind.
