Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

KuwaitRoom was quite small and with an infant kid it becomes quite messy. Also, The Air Conditioner was auto selected with the central air conditioning, which didn’t allowed us to manage and control the temperature. We had to open the windows for fresh air circulation and cold air.
It’s location, Friendly staff, Assistance for travelling around the city and also pick and drop for the airport. Also, they kind a manage to pay the taxi as i was not having local currency and they exchanged the money at the standard rate. On request they did provided the kind of omelette we needed for our breakfast and that was such a kind and helpful assistance from them.

ItalyThe hotel is in a small road, once you step inside it's like a bizarre time-trip. There's a Mona Lisa in the elevator, egyptian hieroglyphs, greek statues and so on. It's an Orient Express themed pastiche, very funny. The room and bathroom were small but cozy and clean. The location while not glamorous is very convenient: I could explore the historical part of Izmir by feet and the train station is less than 5 minutes away. The staff is very helpful: I had an issue with my luggage after the flight and they handled communication with the airline for me. They also helped me set up a day-trip to Pergamon. Last but not least, the breakfast buffet is amazing. In 3 days I couldn't try all the available options.

Hotel is located on one of the main streets leading to old harbor. Busy and noisy is the down side. Convenience is for sure. It's walking distance to old town bazaar, clock tower and old harbor. We got an upgraded room in the top floor with a small balcony. It's not as roomy but clean and with window closed, we could not hear noise from the busy street. We got a car. Hotel staff helped us with parking and that is very much appreciated as parking and driving on narrow streets and tight spots can be a challenge. Breakfast has lots of choice and adequate to our expectation.

The staff were rally friendly and helpful, organising to park our car using their carpark lift and taking us to our rooms (we were two couples). The rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The staff recommended somewhere to eat for lunch, which was delicious and good value. We liked the location in the middle of Izmir. The breakfast was a large buffet, with an excellent selection. Overall, we were really happy with this hotel and would definitely stay again.

AustraliaThe street that the hotel is located in is quite dirty and a little difficult to find at first. The outside of the hotel does not match the inside.
Once you enter the building you are surprised by the old world charm. The facilities are very good and clean. The building has a lift and also has a car park but we found parking on the street. The room was large and had a good sized bathroom. Air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and polite.
