This was my second visit to the hotel and it was once again a great experience. The staff are very helpful, especially Sina. They recently added a coffee corner in the reception where you can enjoy free drinks all day, which is a lovely touch. The location is perfect just a few minutes’ walk from Istiklal Street, Galata Tower, and all means of transportation.

The elevator is dated and slow, both need renovation, the jaccozi didn't work so just take a shower

The spa was closed and the hotel is old compared to the surrounding hotels.

The staff was really nice especially the day we had to leave in the morning by taxi the 2 people in the morning were amazing and helpfully ordering the taxi at a reasonable price and gave a lunch box take away. Really good price to comfort ratio.

There was a construction in the room next to us. The bathroom door was not working properly.

I've stayed here before and it was fine. This time, it felt like the place is under construction. I got an old room. There is wood and materials on the hallways.

The hotel is well located. It has good breakfast. The guy at the reception was strange, it think maybe he didn't mean to be rude, it was just his lack of English. Overall the place was fine.

Not much but does need some upkeep. Wall paper needs repairing on walls, bathrooms dated. Maybe because is old - in old part of town. Sort of added character.

Had a lovey friendly feel with staff very willing to help. Within walking distance of lovely cafes with great coffee. Especially close is book shop with a cafe. We changed rooms to middle of hotel from the back due to the noise in the street at night so if a light sleeper request a quiet room. They were very happy to move us.

The room and the bathroom were smaller than on the pictures. I had a problem with turning on the TV bcz it was not responding to the remote control. I asked the cleaners to help but it was without any success. They reported the case to the reception but no one fixed it.

I liked the great location of the hotel near Sishane metro station. The receptionist was polite and spoke good English and he organized me a room earlier than official check in. I got the room on the 7th floor and there were two elevators. The breakfast was good. The hotel is not noisy.

I wanna say thanks to Yusuf and Mehmet for helping me during my stay, there is an issue on toilet, as it was leakage but they are fixing, I was appreciated very much to Yusuf for how he deal the booking and cater my needs as well as help my grandma to assist kodus to u Yusuf, also I am thankful to alice the therapist who do a good job to massage our tired and stress day at tulip rose who also working with the same company own by tulip city, pera rose and tulip rose Much love see u soon,I definitely back xoxo

The hotel was not clean. The room was not cleaned for 3 days. I also had two meals a day and when it was time for the evening meal, I only found out that we had to go to another facility to get the second meal.
