There was no kitchenette. No utensils and no stove. Just a table. The bathroom is very small. But it is understandable due to the hilly location.

The location is fantastic and so are the staff at the reception.

The Wifi is very weak in the room, I had to go downstairs to have a decent velocity. The toilet was placed too close to the sink.

The staff welcomed us with Turkish coffee. They were very attentive during the whole stay despite the language barriers. Room is big and quiet (away from the busy street).

no a/c to the connecting room that we got, even if its winter still even a fan is appreciated fir ventilation.

accessible, i jst thought that breakfast was included, but still ok, food shops' and restos few steps away, cable car station to ulugdag park is walking distance, or 5 mins by taxi(50try), the place is actually in rhecenter , near to yhe other attractions

The owner is very welcoming, and takes care of all your needs, even if it is out of his business. The place is near to important places in Bursa. Water is hot, facility is clean and very comfortable.

they had no corkscrew which I find weird. we couldn't open our bottle of wine, screwed it with a screwdriver (!) then gave up

I am a non-smoker, and this hotel is obviously full of smoking smell. The room he reserved for me is full of smoking and rotten smoking smell. If the business owner of this hotel just honestly advertises, this hotel is only for smoking people. I will not WASTE MY MONEY. I suffered for 5 nights there. I traveled 60 over countries, and I can easily vote. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. When i gave feedback, he said he was not responsible for the outside air. That was the level of intelligence he had, so I stopped talking. He simply had no professional manner but tried to scold and find fault from customers.

The bathroom was a little bit small but other than that everything was absolutely perfect.

Our stay at Pera Pansiyon was incredible, from the moment we arrived we were met with such warm hospitality. The receptionist was so lovely and helpful. We were surprised with a free room upgrade and the room was beautiful and it smelt amazing too 😍 The accommodation is located in the centre of Bursa, walking distance from so many amazing sights and the hugeee grand bazaar. We had a wonderful 2 days in Bursa, we wished we could have stayed longer. We'd definitely recommend Pera Pansiyon and we would 100% stay here again ☺️ Thank you for making our stay beautiful
