One of the elevator out of three was not working. We had to wait for other elevators to come.

Nice hotel with great facilities and reasonable price. Variety of food was good, with fresh ingredients. Nice selection for relaxing trip.

The beach isn't sandy, more pebbly, clearly no fault of the hotel! My 10years old was not keen on the evening entertainment; unsure if any was targeted at the younger age groups.

The hotel rooms are spacious and very clean, effective aircons, with a balcony to relax. The staff are very helpful. The beach is accessed directly from the hotel pool side, via the well built underpass, and offers easy convenient access for the hotel guests to toilets, changing rooms, towels and showers. Another bar awaits the hotel guests at the beach, and plenty of beach loungers in a section set out for the hotel guests. The tennis courts and play areas for kids are available. Patrick is the heart and soul of the hotel and entertainment. I've decided to share this in detail; it might help someone to make a decision. The variety of food and cuisine options for all the three buffet meals is wide and plenty supply, daily; the soups, cheeses, olives, yoghurts, salads, desserts, sea food, grills, stews, salads, etc. Just to add that there were at least five options of eggs to choose from at breakfast. Those with young children will have plenty of options. Unlimited hot and cold drinks and bottled water. I initially recorded videos of the meals, to share, and gave up as it was different everyday. To get a window view of the food choices, check out the videos on youtube in the past year. Something to eat 24/7. If you miss the breakfast 7am to 10.30am, you only have to wait till 12pm for the coffee and patisserie wide options in the spacious comfortable cafe, followed shortly by 12.30pm lunch in the restaurant. If you fancy a change to kebab, fries, chips, salad etc, there's a snack bar with drinks, outside facing the pool, also available if you miss the lunch in the restaurant. If you miss dinner, the 'night soup' starts at 11pm; comes with choice of soups, bread/ rolls, cold meats, cheeses, variety of olives etc. Midnight till 7am the mini breakfast is laid out. Bars are open long hours, serving the free hot and cold drinks and those that can be purchased.

The pebble beach looked nice from a distance but made it tricky to get to the sea. We were not aware of this till we got there and did not have appropriate footwear to be able to enjoy walks on the beach. We had fully inclusive rooms and found the food became very monotonous for vegetarians.

Beautiful sunrise that could be viewed from the hotel room. Overall facilities were good and the pool area was great. The two tours we booked through the hotel were excellent. In the city tour Gulai (Rosey) was excellent. She was both knowledgeable and entertaining. We had a very lucky escape from the cable car disaster. We came safely off the cable car about 5 mins before the crash! The Pumakkale trip was guided by Memet and Usman was the driver. Memet was an endless source of theology and historical knowledge. The Hamam Spa treatment and spa facilities were excellent. We would highly recommend the full 90min treatment. Overall the holiday provided an opportunity to relax, recover and create some beautiful memories.

A heated outdoor pool would be awesome. could not enjoy the outdoor pool as the water was very cold.

I liked the things "all inclusive " means you no need to pay for you food your drinks and other as well.. Food was very good.service was good..and location was very good...i recommend this hotel..

AC wasnt cooling well in the building

Amazing Staff very accomodating. Had an emergency with the Car lifts in Antalya where we got stuck the property gave us an extra night to stay free of cost.

Rarely any international food choices were there. Would love to see some Caribbean food on the menu.

Clean place. Great view from my room. Staff was friendly. Nice amenities. I enjoyed the shower. Our bed was made daily and fresh towels given even without asking. We were given fresh water daily. We even got wine delivered to our room. We got a goodie bag when we were leaving, which was really a nice gesture. Thanks Porto Bello 😊

We arrived slightly off-season so the entertainment was a little weak

This hotel was exceptional. From start to finish we were treated so well and generously by the staff who accommodated us and were all very kind. The facilities were fantastic, with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, gym and on-site massage. The dining hall was a thing of beauty, with a monstrous selection of fresh and delicious food that made it difficult to say no to. The hotel's taxi service was very handy.

Nothing Everything was Amazing

The food was Amazing huge wide options of food available both for Vegetarians and non vegetarian. The rooms were really clean and huge amazing view from the balcony . As soon as we wanted the cleaner would come and clean our rooms . Amazing staff kind and helping . Two huge pools one indoors and one outdoors included with free towels available till 8 pm and warm baths . Amazing hotel . Would highly recommend .

Condition of the rooms toilets wasn’t the best. Hotels that uses SPA in their name should pay more attention to such things.

Very friendly staff and tasty kitchen. Location is also perfect. A bit of rooms refurbishment would be a good idea as they look a bit outdated and well used.

The bathroom facilities could have been better - for this price I would appreciate having a bath instead of a shower. Also, the bathroom facilities were not in the best shpe - the hower head holder was broken.

The service, the food and the hospitality were exceptional. It was totally worth the money, and I fully recommend this to anyone who wants to disengage from the high-speed work environment and just recharge.

Not much to say. Maybe there were people in sauna who did not comply with the rules - I went more times to sauna and everytime the same - people not using towel, being loud. I would maybe recommend to open gym earlier and close later, it was 8-8 and would be nice for example 6-10.

Food is amazing. Drinks are included, also with alcohol. Great service. Nice room. Awesome pool with seats and sauna. Nice gym. Also there is some program with entertainment. It is very close to beach.

It is easy for water to leak in the shower booth. Wine service comes to the room, but there is no wine opener. Just small things.

This hotel is good for the price. Overall I am satisfied.

Everything was perfect.
