The wifi could have been faster, and it was a little sad that their rooftop restaurant/shisha lounge was under construction.

The hotel is super charming and in a great area, with riverside views. Very well-connected, with an amazing grill restaurant a short walk away and a late-night kiosk/shop. There was also a pharmac6 and other little eateries. The staff were incredibly nice, helpful, and supportive. They answered all our questions and were part of the experience from the start, including setting up an airport transfer upon our arrival. Shootout to Emre for his stellar service as well! The room service was really great and the breakfast was also pretty nice. There was also AC which really helped with the high temperatures outside. The rooms were clean, relatively spacious and nicely designed. They also gave us complimentary fruits upon arrival, and small water bottles every day. Overall, 10/10 stay. Well-connected, clean, quaint and safe, and affordable too.

I have only one suggestion to have access to Netflix or YouTube.

The room was nice, clean and confortable. There is few restaurants next, a big lake were people come, sit and have picnic. The bus stop is from 2 min by walk and the staff were polite, kind and nice.

The light in the room is not enough, you need lamps even during the day; it shows it’s old, there were some stains on the wall, the carpet, the mirrors are not good.

The room I booked through your site is not accurate. It was stated 45 sq meter deluxe room but they don't have that type of room. I showed it to the Manager and good thing he upgraded our room. Rooms are old already though they try to maintain. Carpets are all so stained and the smell stinks already. Rooms smells cigarettes in spite of the request for non smoking rooms.

The window does not provide very good noise insulation. You can hear traffic, cars honking, erc. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Everything, staf very nice, the porter, Yagiz was extremely helpfull. Bed was confortable, room was clean, spa is good, but a bit pricey. Breakfast is perfect. Excellent service overall.

All on the first part of the review

I appreciate the assistance of the Manager ast the reception, Ali is his name. Booking.com declared a room that is not available at their hotel, given that I was able to show the proof, Ali upgraded us to a suite room. Ramada Golden Horn is an old hotel already but they try to maintain, my suggestion is for them to change the carpets as this makes the room smells and looks dirty. There are so many stains and in spite of our request for a non smoking room, it really smells especially at the 3rd and 4th floor.

Lack of communication in informing us on a marathon that impacted where we communicated we wanted to go. We ended up calling a taxi as advised, to find out we couldn’t go to where we wanted and had to re-route whilst in the taxi.

Brief stay and we have no major complaints. A special thank you to Yagiz for the warm welcome, guidance to our room and hospitality.

The location is very nice, near to a promenade and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The receptionist first gave me a side room which was used by smokers, although I explicitly mentioned I want a non-smoking room. I immediately went to ask for a change. A big shout out for Omar who assisted and I got a decent room with a view on the promenade. I also used the spa, which is small but nice with a neat hamam.

Despite it was written that there’s a hotel free parking option, there was no place in the garage and we had to park the car outside the hotel, which we discovered afterwards it was not allowed to park there. Pillows were not very comfortable and there were no tissues in the room.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet area and still not very far from the main city attractions. Room was clean and breakfast was good.
