To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AzerbaijanBreakfast choices were scarce for me. It would be better if the rooms were provided with more lighting. The rooms definitely need more, and appropriate plug sockets.
The hotel is in a well-located area, making it easy to reach the most visited areas for tourists. It was clean, which I appreciate highly, but a little outdated. They were renovating some parts of the hotel.

United States of AmericaThe hotel is a little north of the tourist areas and so might not be the best location for tourists. Also our shower drain was clogged making showers difficult. The clogged drain was not corrected the evening we requested.
Our suite was large, comfortable and very clean. The hotel is a good choice if you are looking for an overnight stay during a long layover at IST since it is right across the street from the Osmanbey station on the M2 metro line.
