    Lovely hotel, relaxing amenities with nice outdoor seating areas. Friendly and professional staff, always willing to help. Great breakfast options! Free vale parking on site.

    Location is outside of the Van city centre. The taxi needs to drive all the way around the main road due to current road upgrades.

    The rooms were cleaned nice and the breakfast had many nice options.

    There was always problems with drain and the swage and most of the time it smelled horrible. Coffee was an extra paid option, even though we had breakfast included, which was very weird.

    Sofa bed was not comfortable . We was 3 persons but accessoires in the room was for 2 persons and staff didnt answer the telephone .

    Comfortable room, efficient laundry service, well equipped gym

    Most of the client facing staff eg in the restaurant speaks no English, allowing children in the spa running around and screaming does not lead to a peaceful experience

    Wether you’re on a transfer or planning to have a look around Van, I’d really suggest this place. Very clean and friendly staff, free coffee and tea in the lobby and waiting room, very attentive personnel and Taxi and airport nearby. You have EVERYTHING you need in your room and more. For your cruise around, you can take mini vans passing by the road (around 20-25 lira per person to the city center and back, or to the others sides of the Van Lake. I’d suggest watching sunset in Edremit Park. :)

    Few convenient stores around but getting to the downtown with Dolmus (If I’m writing it correctly) is cheap, cool and and adventurous! Nothing wrong with the Hotel.

    The hotel's cleanliness.

    The hotel was nice, and its location is convenient for the airport, but it's quite far from downtown—literally in the middle of nowhere. It’s best suited for travelers who just need quick access to the airport rather than the city. It doesn't provide any shuttle service to the airport. Unfortunately, I didn’t find the staff to be particularly friendly or helpful either. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for people who are interested to visit the city.

    It was clean and quiet

    The lady with blond hair and glasses at reception was very slow and made lots of mistakes. In charging my card and in the room I had booked via booking. The room was given to me at 14:30!! Though I was there at 11 and the rooms were empty. The receptionist said the room is blocked!! There was not enough water or tea bags in room.
