The facility needs to be upgraded, one of our bed mattress springs wore off and was not comfortable to sleep on. Food quality most change especially at barbeque restaurants.

It was varieties of food however the food sometimes was cold and too salty. Burger quality was poor and it was cold to serve whenever was asked for it. Barbeque restaurant dessert menu do not have enough option.

this journey was a gift for my mother's birthday. summary: in check in and after check out, the bellboy did not help my mother get her suitcase out of the trunk to pick it up, the girl at the reception did not offer my mother the welcome drink (champagne that was near the entrance), the room was not ready at the time of my check-in.

No freshly squeezed juice available 27-28 December. One waiter with longer hair was rather strange. Removed water glasses while we were still eating on 28 December. Did not care to wipe the disco floor. Also on 28 December.

There were cats around the hotel, which was lovely. We really enjoyed them. But unfortunately the cats been get rid off very badly - been put inside the waste bin to get rid off, which was so cruel. The sound the cats were producing during this is still in my ears. Through the end of my stay, the main restaurant closed and it was moved to small & squeezed area where none of the guests or staffs happy to be in. When I asked why it happened, the staff said because of the construction but I did not see anyone working in the restaurant to fix things until I left. So the movement was pointless. If i did not see the main restaurant what it was, the score I gave to the hotel could be even 6 but because I know what it was i gave higher score. The hotel management was faulty with this movement as they disappointed a lot of their customers. The hotel management should have really not accepted any guests of there is any renovation or construction in the restaurant.

Staff was so kind, cheerful and helpful. The location was beautiful - nearside the beautiful sea. The garden was amazing. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The room was regul6 cleaned. The food was generally delicious.

Evenings are a little bit boring, no shows, no live music ( except one night) maybe because of low season. So it a good place to rest, not for party. Indoor pool a little bit too cold.

Room, services, lanscape, gardens- close to perfection. Great sport activties like Sup or Trx. Best animation and miniclub for kids i have ever seen. Resort is smaller but everything is at the right place. It never feels crowded. Waiters try the best to serve you. You never feel they expect tips, but I would recommended it.

The way down to the beach was with a slippery and steep slope - kind of dangerous. I saw a few people slip and fall. The hotel should renovate/improve it

Land of legends access - there is one shuttle a day, in the morning and returnes at 17:00. Considering the travel time (1:15-1:30), not much time for staying there considering the waiting time at the park, not to mention the show that was missed because of that. There was night shuttle only one day a week wich didn't suit us. The shuttle it self was uncomfortable - narrow seats and ours was over booked so needed to share a double seats for me, my wife and my child so 6/10. Food is avarage, not as expected from a rixos 5 stars hotel. Low varity. 7/10. Hookah bar is expensive and the worker is rude, but i was told that they are external company not the hotel employees.

Staff are amazing 10/10. The hotel looks old desing but well maintained and very clean, not very big club wich is good 8/10. The hotel has a rental car agency in the lobby, we hired a car for one day and it was very good, thanks to kemal bey 10/10. Pools and beverage are very good, and the beach also 10/10. Rixy club is good and the workers are very good 9/10.

Russian ladies were acting like prostitutes even the married ones, this was annoying for all the other nationality guests.. Some maintenance were lagging behind, the woodware at the garden needs repairs, the aluminum joinery of restaurant needs some glass repair, some minor defects at our room and bathroom..

the chefs are great the best ingredients and the most tasty dishes - bravo

The property is beautifully located between the sea and the mountains. It is not too big, which makes it even more relaxing. The aroma of pine and orange trees in the air is wonderful, especially early in the morning. The staff members at the reception are very helpful and friendly. Their SPA is amazing. All the team members are very professional and welcoming. They create a special relaxing atmosphere. Tibetan therapy by Master Ziya and special massage by Ali are highly recommended! It feels like my body was reborn after a few sessions with them. I stayed at Rixos Beldibi in April and came back in May just to continue the treatment program. Wonderful experience!

The location is excellent between the sea and the mountains. The property is very well maintained. The team members are very helpful and courteous, always ready to help. Anjana SPA is amazing! All the SPA therapists are highly professional and the ambience at the SPA is inviting and relaxing.

The A/C in the room wasn't working. No matter what setting you put on the thermostat, you got a blast of hot air. Luckily, the nights were somewhat cool, so I just left the balcony door open. The food quality for the main restaurant buffet could be improved. A lot of cafeteria food that looked like leftovers. The á la carte restaurants were good, but you can only book one every 7 days (even when the hotel is not busy). The parking lot is not very big. It will easily fill up during the busy season.

You definitely get your money's worth in the off season. The hamam, sauna, fitness center, large pools, beach access, and buffet restaurant are worthy of a 5-star hotel. Plenty of food to eat, so you won't go hungry. There is a large choice at the buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Staying at the hotel gives you free access to the Land of Legends theme park - an hour's drive away on the other side of Antalya. (The hotel provides free bus transportation on some days.) The hotel has its own play area for kids, and lots of kid-friendly choices at the buffet. The room is also nice:free minibar, comfy bed, hot shower, and fast internet.
