We booked the Jacuzzi room for two nights but when we went to use it on our first night it didn’t work. We reported to the reception and the guy told us that someone will come and fix it in the morning but no one came and we couldn’t use the next night either.

Everything was great and Farida was super friendly and helpful.

Tidy and well maintained hotel. Location is strategic it’s close to the commercial center. Mrs Farida was supportive to us… we took green tour and it was fun. In summary we had a good time staying there… who knows we might come back and stay again in Safran Hotel.

We had a great welcome, and especially Farida was very nice and helpful. She even had some sandwiches ready for us for breakfast as our taxi to the airport was early in the morning. The street is really quiet but yet just minutes walk from all the restaurants and shops. Really nice terrace for watching the hot air balloons and 12-minute walk from the best viewpoint of Gorem and the sunset/sunrise. Highly recommended 👌

We booked a room for 4, and it was really tight - no space to open 4 carry on suitcases, and the closet wasn’t conducive to storing folded clothes.

Great location with kind and helpful staff and a good buffet breakfast.

We were asked to pay in euros or dollars for our airport transfer. This might have been by the outside transport group and not the hotel, but other hotels in Turkey allowed us to pay by credit card or TL.

The breakfast, views of hot air balloons from terrace, the clean and comfy room were all great! The regional bus/taxis and many good shops/restaurants were just around the corner. Staff was very helpful with figuring out transportation options for the area and knowledgeable about tours, etc.

If I had to mention one thing would be the bed is a bit to hard for my liking. But everything else is amazing. Thank you Safran. Lighting a bit dim but I guess that's how cave hotels are.

The atmosphere and the staff especially Ferida. The 2 lovely aunties at the kitchen. The delicious breakfast and the advice from Farida on tours and going the extra mile to help us construct a short tour that I will be capable of. She is very kind and understanding. Could walk to Goreme town about 5 minutes. We were blessed as it snowed and we had an even better experience. Balloons can be visible from the beautiful errace In the morning. Very clean. Free bottle of water a day and cleaning.

Everything was par excellence.

The breakfast was very good and hearty. The kitchen staff are very nice and always greet you with a wonderful smile. We were oy entitled to breakfast but they shared their lunch with us too. This is a family run cave hotel and the family and staff are wonderful. Their staff Federe was excellent in making sure we were very comfortable. The 3 boys/ brothers that run the hotel are also wonderful Definitely worth the experience. What I loved is how they go out of their way to make you feel at home, just like your own family. Definitely 5 stars. And a must go!

The heating was unable to be understood as it was a manual heater in there. Secondly, the room lights have just main switch which turns off all the lights like if you wanna keep 1 light on that is not possible. They try to sell you other activities in town at higher prices.

Overall experience was really good. The size of the rooms was amazing and the hotel staff was great too. Fareeda at the front desk was great. The owners were very polite and they were doing all communication through the whatsapp which was very convenient to us.

Staff are very polite and helpful. The property is in the centre of Goreme so very close to the shops and restaurants. Breakfast is delicious and filling.

There is nothing that we did not like about this place, except one small comment. I'm not sure if this is normal for all cave hotels, but we felt the lack of ventilation in the room as there was no window and no air conditioning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cave hotel, a very warm welcome at the reception when we arrived and the host explained us everything about the hotel, breakfast, amenities, and the excursions. We were treated to a good breakfast every morning at the rooftop restaurant. The staff is very helpful and took care of all our requests during our stay esp. making special arrangements to prepare our breakfast for an early morning flight while the main kitchen was yet closed.

It is preferable to shop around when booking for tours. I found cheaper tours in the vicinity of the hotel.

Absolutely! Here's a We had an amazing time at Safran Cave Hotel in Göreme, Cappadocia. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing excellent recommendations for places to visit and activities to experience. They were also family-oriented, going the extra mile to accommodate us and even babysitting our daughter during our outings. The hotel itself was immaculately clean and beautifully designed, offering a stunning view of the balloons. A memorable stay indeed!

The in room facility is very bad. They don’t have a telephone to call reception. For everything I had to leave the room and ask. I had ordered food at in room, it happened more than one hour I didn’t receive it. Then finally I had go down to the reception and ask, then I came to know that the food which I ordered is not available because of which they sending me complimentary food. That also took 40 min to come. When I ate that food I got sick next day and ruined my holiday.

The location of the hotel is nice, close to the main area.

Excellent staff, food, rooms, location, and the ambient. Would highly advise everyone to visit this place at a very reasonable price. Easy excess to Göreme tourist area. Bought excursions through the hotel and was very professionally organized. Took the Ballon Flight and the Red Tour. The Red Tour guide was highly professional and knowledgeable. The front desk receptionist (Yağmur) provided excellent service before and during our visit to Cappadocia. She was so prompt and efficient answering all the questions we had during our stay. Lastly, the morning breakfast was amazing, and having to eat and dance with the owner of the hotel and her family was the high light of the trip.
