They don’t have shampoo (mini) and extra toilet paper. The breakfast is a little bit late. They start opening the breakfast at 7:30am instead of 7:00am

The property is ok. Accessible to all. Front beach, taxi, restaurant and mini stores. The staff are very accommodating and very hospitable to the guest.

but there are also disadvantages - the most important of them are two below 1. there is a safe, but it is not attached to anything, you can simply pick it up and carry it out in your arms, so we always had to carry money and documents with us 2. there’s an underground club nearby, I sleep deep and it doesn’t bother me, but it didn’t let my boyfriend sleep (on weekdays until 12-01, and on weekends until 4 am) 3. there is no private parking, there is a city parking lot behind the hotel, but on Fridays and weekends it’s impossible to find a place, everyone comes for a walk) 4. breakfast is not very varied, picky people won’t like it, but it’s possible to eat enough for the day and not be hungry (a variety of olives, vegetables, yoghurts and a variety of cheeses, buns and jams, sausages ,always boiled eggs and an omelet (every other day)

wonderful hotel, for such money. We stayed on February 10-17 for a room with a side sea view - it cost $270. Advantages: the room has everything you need, cleaned every day, provide water every day, Wi-Fi for each person, good designed rooms, a refrigerator, first line from the sea (just cross the road and you are on a gorgeous embankment), filling breakfasts, everything is clean, the staff is always ready to help , there is a minimarket right in the next house and a 10-minute walk from the Migros chain store.

There was construction work in in the property. It started around 10 am, It’s okay. But it would be better if the customers could have been informed a day earlier

Once I used the shower and sink , the smell from the drains was unbearable and just wouldn’t go away.

The room was nice and modern, great location. Staff was very nice and helpful, one of the man walked with me to the taxi rank to help me with taxi in case the driver didn’t speak English. I have also left something behind and was able to pick it up few days later , they had it ready for me in the reception which I really appreciate.

We didn’t get a room with sea view. It would be great to have a family room with sea view. We did get a room with a balcony facing the parking lot.

The hotel is well situated on Konyaalti Beach, across the street and boardwalk from the beach. We had a family room and it’s a pretty good size with three beds. The breakfast was great, and the room service came every day to clean up the room.

The smell from the Bathroom bothered us from time to time. The Balcony was almost useless with only one chair and small table, no place for Towels or Clothes to dry. We had a room with Sea -Sideview, we were on the 1st Floor and it was not ideal. Turkish-Hammam and Sauna are free of charge, you have to pay if you want a Massage. In Turkey NOBODY speaks English!

The Staff were friendly. Hotel is really near the Beach, Supermarket is near, Restaurants too. The Room war comfy and spacious, TV is hidden behind the mirror. You become 2 Bottles of Water every day and Coffee, too. You can use Turkish-Hammam and Sauna.

The rooms are quite tiny and the hotel is quite a boutique hotel so don't expect a grand palace but nevertheless perfect 3 star value for a 3-star price. You cannot go wrong . Some staff could have been more friendly reception and house keeping were great if you are wider then 38 inches on the waist opt for a room with a larger shower 🚿

So the hotel is absolutely well located I don't think I could have not got a better location it was 20 minutes the furthest place I needed to go right on the beach the beach was not private but it was always available to us. It's located on a Boulevard which has anything and everything you can think of you could walk for just 20 minutes and you get a whole range of services from your first minute to your last. It was absolute value for money and the breakfast was not a grand spread but perfect to start your day .the name of the hotel changed to sea and city Devran from Paco Sea and city so same name did I mention right on the beach walk 20 mins each direction for the best of Konyalti beach

The rooms could be more spacious and bathroom could be slightly cleaner as some marks were left on the shower screen etc. Considering the price some more amenities could be included to make the experience better

The floor wasn’t cleaned or vacuumed daily. Cleaners were making the beds and cleaning the toilet but the dust has built up on the floor over the week we stayed in. We had breakfast included in our booking , would say breakfast was simple buffet .

Location was excellent, close to the shops and the beach and restaurants. Staff were friendly.

Negatives were, that there were some misunderstanding upon arriving: FOR FELLOW TRAVELERS: There are 2 Pacco Spa hotels that are located 300m with each other. Both contain Pacco and Spa in their name. Even the breakfast product announcements had the names of the other Pacco hotel in them. I used the booking.com swimming pool filter when choosing the hotel. The friendly clerk at the desk explained something that there used to be a collaboration with the other Pacco hotel with the swimming pool of the other hotel, but that the collaboration had ended some days ago. This caused us to book this hotel, that does not have a swimming pool area in it. This was a disappointment. Even the guest photos showed a pool in the pictures of this hotel still in July 2023. When it comes to the hotel, no other disappointments.

I visited Pacco hotel with a friend of mine in July 2023. It is a nice, tidy hotel. The staff is very warm & friendly, breakfast is very good. You can walk to the beach easily to swim, it is only 50m away. It is quite easy to head to the city & there are also nice restaurants in the area. It has all the basic things that a traveler needs so therefore I can recommend it.

The location of the property was just 2 mins to the beach, right below the hotel is a bar, supermarket, restaurants etc. The hotel is always kept clean, the staff are very kind, helpful, informative, available 24x7 and speaks English. The view from the balcony was good enough. Breakfast is delicious. The hotel also offered clean beach towels. We were a group of 6 and we all enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
