Great value for the money! Very nice and helpful staff at the reception (special greetings to Daryna!). We felt welcomed from the very beginning. The hotel was a great choice for the price we paid. As for the food, the selection of main dishes was not very large, but everything was well-cooked and tasty. Definitely satisfying. The beach is just across the road. There’s a bar on the beach that is open, and the staff there are friendly too. Turkish coffee was especially delicious! The sea is mostly rocky, but there are some areas without stones. I would recommend bringing special water shoes — I ended up buying a pair at a local pharmacy in Turkey

The evening food was very bad if not to say awful, it had no meat options except veal-liver and cold chicken that was meant for the salad I believe. There were many vegetables, but nothing really cooked from them or good.. We’re really not difficult people when it comes to hotel food, but this might be the worst we ever had so far I’m afraid. Breakfast was quite much the same experience. No choice in meat and particularly the scrambled eggs were awful. Typically hotel food some might say, but this was really bad. Coffee not good at all and juices were probably 89% sugar, did not appreciate it at all. We really did not enjoy at all eating here. The street noise when relaxing on the balcony in the evening. About the accommodation, the location of it is a 20min away by car from Alanya center. Has only one elevator, being on sixth floor it took a while sometimes, but ok. Elevator ventilation does need a fix within these hot temperatures though.

Very friendly reception staff upon arrival! The king suite was absolutely incredible. Stunning sea view and jacuzzi-bath. Very spacious room, clean and nice. Airco working very well!

There is a lack of attention to the indoor swimming area especially the ceiling which is not well-maintained. The outdoor pools require constant care to keep the water clean and clear. There is a limited variety of fruits during meals. Beach chairs are charged separately unlike in other hotels

The hotel is very good overall. The stay was very comfortable. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view. The food was delicious and carefully prepared. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, especially Saleh who was very helpful and multi-talented. The receptionist Darina was very kind. The hotel owner is always present, actively involved, and attentive to every detail

The only thing I would suggest improving is the air conditioning in the rooms, as it wasn’t quite strong enough during warmer times. Still, I’d definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back!

We loved the staff and hospitality here, Darina made our trip! Our daughter, Nia absolutely loved her and Darina always greeted her with such love and attention. The amenities were great and the room was big.

The location is a little tricky near the hotel, there is no content. You had to go by bus for everything.

The breakfast was varied and very good. The hotel is clean and tidy. The indoor pool is also open in the winter. Everyone was friendly from the receptionist, waiters, cleaners.

1. The room with sea-view is really-really noisy due to the road that is located right under the windows. The hotel should consider some better soundproofing. Or their customers have to choose another side of the hotel to have more silence but without a nice view. 2. The spa is free of charge only 2 hours from 10 a.m. till 12 p.m. and it can start to work even later than on nominated time. Also, the sauna and hamnam are not hot from the beginning, so you have to wait more. That means that there is really a short time to enjoy free spa there.

It was one of the best breakfasts I've ever eaten in Turkish hotels, very nice location, private parking, beautiful sea view, multi-language speaking stuff on the reception, cheap price for staying, free spa.

Nothing to see in the area but you can take the buss to the center. Breakfast was ok. It was a little dark in the public area of the hotel. Two very beautiful dogs lived at the hotel which made it extra cosy!

Location and easy access to the beach!

Nice location! Perfect stuff and super friendly!!! Only minus is you can hear a lot of noise from outside, especially from highway. Would be better to put extra focus on good isolation system for windows!

It was very hot inside the hotel aircons only work in the rooms. It's impossible to enjoy your meals at that heat. The tunnel to the beach was flooded with dirty water after the rain and it took the hotel 7 days to fix it. Every morning both of our rooms had a gas smell when quering with reception we were told "we have a problem with gas but it's not a problem" we were not sure what to make of such a statement. Rooms were cleaned very little and not regularly (maybe because our "make up the room" button did not work). Side tables were left dusty all the time.

Friendly staff, delicious food, pool and slide was great for kids. Hotel transfers from and to the airport were organised well. Spa session including hamam and massage were great.

I didn’t like that it was a bit far distance from the airport around 2hours and half. Hence the beach was clean but it was a rough due the rocks.

The staff were supper friendly, helpfully and always polite and respectful. The room was large, very clean and comfortable, food was amazing.

ძალიან არ მინდოდა რომ რაიმე მინუსი დამეწერა თუმცა ჩემი მხრიდან არ იქნებოდა მართალი მხოლოდ პლიუსების დაწერა. -აუზი იყო ხშირად გასაწმენდი (სათვალით რომ ჩაიხედებოდი ბინძური იყო) თუმცა ბევრი ხალხი ჩადიოდა დღიურად და გასაკვირვიც არ იყო ყოველ დღე რომ ეწმინდათ მაინც დაბინძურდებოდა -საჭმლის ნაირსახეობა (მეტი ხორცი იქნებოდა უკეთესი) -ბავშვებისთვის ფაქტიურად საჭმელი არ არის :( მთელი 7 დღე ჩემი შვილი მაკარონს მიირთმევდა. -ფოიეში და რესტორანში გაგრილება არ არის და გარედან რომ შედიხარ უარესად გცხელა და უჰაერობაა. ფაქტიურად რომ ჭამ ჭამის მადა გეკარგება იმდენად ცხელა. -ნომერში არ არის დუშგელი. -პირსახოცი 3 კაცზე 2 დიდია მხოლოდ. - საწოლი არ გამოუცვლიათ 7 დღის განმავლობაში. -ტელევიზორი არ მუშაობდა.( ვიცი უნდა მეთქვა სტაფისთვის, თუმცა ბევრ რაღაცაზე შევაწუხე და მომერიდა) -პლიაჟზე სასმელი:ლუდი, ჯინი, არაყი ფასიანია.

The food was a little bit disappointed, one meat option for lunch and dinner. Evening program was poor. The noise from other hotel was disturbing during night and busy road.

The room are big and comfortable. The staff was amazing and helpful. Beach access is good. The spa and massage was great (ask for Kadir)

After every shower there was a water staying on the floor in the bathroom, not going anywhere.

Welcoming staff, they really care about clients. We enjoyed the outdoor pool ! They also have Hamam and massage which gave us relax we were looking for. Highly recommended.

Poor buffet, all inklusive means something else. 1 kind of meat. In 6 days, only 1 times chicken, 1 times baklava. Cocktails are not included, 9€ each.
