At the reception, there is a man and a woman working alternately. The man is very kind, while the woman is unpleasant in her behavior. I think she prefers foreign tourists over Arab tourists from North Africa; I feel disgusted whenever I find her at the reception. As for the man, he deserves full marks.

Rooms are on the smaller side, but the location makes up for it.

Excellent location to explore the main Istanbul attractions. We were able to walk everywhere, including Galata Tower and Taksim Square. Very nice staff. Plenty of choices for restaurants and coffee.

Room was nice and clean, but a bit small for a multiple day stay. Location was perfect - very close to main attractions with lots of restaurants and stores close by, but not directly on the main street, which was nice as it was not so loud. Breakfast was OK.

The room was clean and big enough for the two of us. Staff was kind. 24/7 reception is also positive. The location of the hotel is excellent, you can reach everything on foot.

Everything is good. Especially the location is amazing, the heart of the city. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Next time if I come, I will consider staying here again.

Location is absolutely perfect very close to 🚊 and many attractions that holds important history of Turkey 🇹🇷. Like Blue Mosque, Ayasofia and other museums.

Drilling noise, no extraction fan in the bathroom

Staff and location, they helped us to boom a taxi to the airport for 1600TL, they have collection for dry cleaning and also the fixed the ac within 10 minutes

Breakfast in the pictures is way better than the actual Breakfast. French fries and fried sausage is not a bad breakfast yet uncommon for someone from a different culture.

Hotel is located very centric, is a very affordable price for a small room (those rooms in the pictures look way bigger). Many restaurants nearby as well as souvenir shops, (expensive as usual in the center). As well a tram station right next to the hotel at 100m. The sightseeings areas are close as well. There is a permanent water and tea supply and thus coming late evening and having some tea was wonderful.

My only issue was the powerpoint. My European C plug was supposed to fit the F type socket but didn't for some reason...a bandaid fixed that!

This hotel ticked a lot of boxes! Close to Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace and the Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. The bed was really comfy. The tram almost right outside the front door. I organised my tours with the hotel and the tour operators were great also, picking me up and dropping me off at the hotel. Wifi was great, and tons of choices nearby, as is anywhere in Istanbul for decent food and drinks. Breakfast was amazing...a full array of local savoury cuisine, cereals, bread, filtered coffee and cold drinks. Drinks you could help yourself to all day. There was a small issue with check in. I'm not sure of the reason, but there some problem with my room. They booked me into their other hotel just down the road, so no real problem...it was good they had a solution. The receptionist gave me a small present on check out which was sweet. I'd been looking around for a small purse for my loose change...the universe provided!...xxx

A bigger variety for breakfast would be great, it was the same everyday. The bathroom door was creaking, which was a bit disturbing at night. The walls are thin but this is common in hotels.

The staff is amazing, especially lady on the front desk who took very good care of us, as well as the rest of the stuff who were very helpful. Hotel is at amazing location, everything is near. Great breakfast is served every morning. Highly recommend.

Location is stunning, walkable to many tourist sites. Rooms are fairly small but was serviced every day. The breakfast is very basic and the same every day. The check in was early which was very nice.

Our room was very small, no storage for cloths x 2 persons. It was clean, tidy and made up every day. Just needed to be a little bigger or designed with storage for clothes ect...

Location is perfect. Short walking distance to Topkapi, BlueMosque, Haga Sophia and Cistern. Very close to Tram which in no time takes you to Taksim Square, The Palace and Galata Tower. Christina and her colleague are exceptionally helpful. I recommend to ask them about the evening Dinner and show cruise on the Bosphorus. They will also help for any other requirements.
