the only thing that I think they can improved was their food, I believe they can add more variety to their food, and add more warm food in it.

I really like how well the hotel was, I didn't expect something that good, the photos online doesn't give any justice to the location, the view from the roof deck is amazing, you can see Bosphorus, Hagia Sophia, and a perfect view and spot for Blue Mosque. the staff is kind enough to upgrade our room.

Breakfast was average. Not sure how and why this has been rated as a 4 Star hotel! Expected more from the property because of the 4* rating . Turkish bath recommended by the staff- go for it if you have a high pain thresh hold, I was literally battered and bruised!

Great location, you step out of the hotel, you are in the square between the Blue mosue and Hagia Sofia. Tram and bus stops are less than 5 min walk. Plenty of local shops, restaraunts around. Grand bazar, Spice bazar, Topkapi Palace are all within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The noise insulation of the rooms is VERY bad: basically, you can hear everything from the adjacent rooms. During the night, is hard to sleep if in the adjcent people is talking. Some lights in the bathroom doesnt work properly. Internet sometimes weak. The breakfast is very good, but for two days, the eggs and sausages were TOTALLY cold.

    Excellent location and good rooms

We found a great deal for this hotel. The location is fantastic as it is located between Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. It could not be closer. The breakfast buffet was good. Value for money for this place is awesome and the staff was nice and professional.

This is a motel not a hotel. This property can not be a 4 star, not even in a dream. It is clean, location is good and staff are helpful. But this property must be categorised as a motel, not hotel.

They are in the process of changing the decor from Ottoman to sleekly modern - so in a few months it should be stunning. Room in the annex was a climb but the view of the Blue Mosque out the window!

Location by Sultanhamet could not be better. Staff was very helpful in arranging tickets and airport transport. Breakfast buffet was elaborate. Many great restaurants within a few blocks walk.

Great location. Get the right room/rooms and you also have a great view of the blue mosque and Hagia Sofia.

While the staff at the reception were friendly, the female staff in the restaurant was quite rude. She did not serve the guests appropriately and even cleared up the buffet while a lot of guests were still eating. Being in the hospitality industry she needs to be given an explicit training on Customer Services.
