I stayed 9 nights in the female dorm at Stanpoli Hostel in Istanbul and had a great experience. The room and bathroom were very clean and quiet. Lockers and closets were available (bring your own lock). The staff were incredibly helpful, and the breakfast with a rooftop view was a perfect 10/10. The location is excellent—right next to the Blue Mosque in Sultanahmet and close to the tram line. Highly recommend!

Hostel is clean and good location. I have private bed space separated by curtain. Shower space is separated by curtain from toilet. Breakfast is nice. Staff are friendly. Laundry service is available.

Perfect location, just 5 min. walking distance from the main attraction, rooms clean every day, dorm beds with curtains for privacy and as a bonus nice and rich breakfast included, served on the roof top terrace with a beautiful view of Bosfor. Stay worth every penny spent.

I booked a hostel room and this exceeded my expectations. Clean room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom with hot water and good shower pressure. Staff are amazing Osman and Boran were exceptionally friendly and helpful and made for a wonderful stay. The views from the rooftop are lovely. Sad I didn’t have the breakfast as I had to leave early every morning during my stay but I hear it’s a nice breakfast. Location is right next to the Blue Mosque with restaurants and cafes close by. Also felt very safe in the area

I had a great stay at Stanpoli! I stayed in one of the private rooms. It was comfortable and quiet. The hotel is a great location, easily walkable to the tourist area in a few minutes but on a quiet side street. The staff were incredibly kind, especially the hotel manager, Osman! The included breakfast was really good and the rooftop had an amazing view.

Just one issue with house keeping was handling or placing my things without the permission. I had some of my makeup and gifts on the table and cleaning lady put them inside the drowers and did not inform. It could be a part of protocol to clean the entire room no complaint but wasn't really happy with someone else clearing my things or maybe not informing about it.

I traveled solo so was bit concerned at first but service was excellent. Rooms were clean. Maintenance on point. Reception and other staff all are very helpful and prompt. Complementary breakfast was great but they can consider adding some vegetarian options.

I would add kettle in the rooms.

Breakfast was excellent, I got sick with cold not feeling well so they gave me soup which was wonderful. The turkish coffee they serve is very good. Also, every day you have the same base breakfast but then other things they add that are different every day. They are very helpful and as the days were cold, they even gave us warm water during the day. The room is big enough, very quiet during the night.

Easy quick check in, the entire staff were awesome! Very helpful, welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are heated with own bathrooms , comfy beds and plush blanket. Free Breakfast is amazing and generous, bread, eggs and antipasto, fruit and sweets! Hostel is close to everything!Best Hostel I have ever been to in my entire life!! Will be booking here next time when I come to Turkey. The staff and people I met there made my trip wonderful!!!Wouldn’t go anywhere else
