Excellent Turkish breakfast in their restaurant with an amazing view of Goreme town with the morning sunrise, reserved for hotel guests only. We booked two suites, both were catered for at a high quality and we were very well looked after - full marks to the Sultan Caves team for helping us book the tours and balloon rides in their sister companies.

Amazing and professional services. This hotel sits on the top of the hills of Cappadocia and has an amazing view of the town. The rooms were very cozy and nicely decorated, along with a very friendly and helpful front desk team. We stayed at the King suite, which has perfect bedroom size and a nice living area for small gatherings. I saw a few people complain about the breakfast, and I have no idea why! The breakfast was very impressive, with a buffet & omelette/menemen that are made to order. Don't miss the breakfast for sure!

Fabulous location - walking distance to everything. Helpful staff and parking available. Great rooftop deck to enjoy a drink with a view or watch the balloons take off in the morning.

Location is great at the heart of Goreme and extremely close to the sunset point! Staff is extremely helpful and uses WhatsApp to provide timely services and updates. The view is amazing and they provide a breakfast setup for photo shooting as well!

The hotel is amazing! Our room was unique, exceptionally clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff were friendly and eager to assist with all queries/requests. We felt very much welcomed and at home. The breakfast was superb, our dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Bonus points for the pug puppy in reception!! Overall we had a wonderful stay and hope to return.

Truly unique experience staying in the cave suites! The entire staff was so welcoming and kind. They arranged our activities and transport to/from the airport which was much appreciated! The breakfast buffet was amazing - what a treat every morning!

The fireplace in the room was for show, the wood n cardboard burnt lasted 15mins and if needed more got to pay. One senior staff’s attitude could be better and breakfast items not too fresh ( had a stale ham pastry) except for the ordered omelettes.

Spacious luxurious suite and roof top access with jacuzzi. The view was spectacular outside on our balcony.

Everything! 💯 It is a place where you can tick off all the must list of the things to do in Cappadocia! Found new friends and enjoyed the time we had there! It’s indeed the most beautiful balcony/ terrace for a perfect photo of hot air balloons as your backgroud. The set up is really pretty, it’s magical!

Sultan Caves is a beautiful place, the location is perfect to enjoy the hot air balloons flying around in the morning, it has a beautiful view of the town. The breakfast every morning was delicious, the staff is super friendly and helpful and the premises are very clean and well kept.

Mesmerising experience, enjoyed cuddling the kitty, terrace views were stunning & delicious food, I had veal strips & meat ravioli which was rich, authentic Mediterranean taste!

The bed is a bit too old where we can hear the spring when we lied down. And the additional blanket in the room is quite dusty where we ended up not using.

The view from the hotel was excellent even we don’t get to see any hot balloons due to weather. The breakfast was great and the staff are helpful. They also have very cute spaniel dogs around, which is a big plus for dog lovers. The room we have was comfortable and the hotel is nearby some great restaurants in the area.
