It's located very close to the attractions! Walking distance to the sultanahmet tram station too and very easy to go to other areas. Staff are very helpful and forthcoming. They even allow us to have early check in and even let us have the breakfast after the long-hauled flights.. a blessings for us with children Airport transfer was pre arranged & very convenient Eat place , Arrasta Bazaar & the attractions are very close to the place. Recommended

This is a very very noisy hotel. Other guests shouting and banging doors having no respect for other guests. Very noisy cleaners early in the morning from 7am! Breakfast is supposed to start at 7.30am, yet hot food slowly trickles out for the next hour. Everyday we would be ready for breakfast at 7.30am as we would be out exploring the city, yet eggs and hot food would take literally until 8.15 and even 8.30 am before it was ready. This delayed our day every day and became so annoying and frustrating! The breakfast staff are not friendly at all, just stoned face and instead of fixing the cappuccino machine which was out of milk everyday, putting relaxing music on for guests and clearing tables preferred to sit behind the counter and eat breakfast themselves!

If it had a swimming pool that would have been next level but in the Historical City its mostly Boutique Hotels and space it at a premium.

Location is AMAZING! Çan was such a huge help and source of info. The manager also helped arrange my dental appointment at an excellent dentist and there was also an interpreter.

The breakfast was very basic.

The location was the best, just a couple of minutes from Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and Hagia Sophia. Around 10 minutes walk to Grand Bazar and other attractions, including the tram. Around 5 minutes walk to the Marina. The staff was very helpful and friendly.. Don't expect a beautifully decorated room. However, the bed is super comfy. There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel.

Lovely small traditional hotel right in the centre of the main tourist sites of Istanbul old town. Our room had a view over the Bosphorus where we could watch the dolphins, boats and cruise liners. The rooms are comfortable and have the European aged look which fits with the traditional style. Comfy bed, kettle/tea/coffee, mini fridge and clean. Breakfast was very good with hot buffet, cereals, salads, meats etc. Filled you for the day. All the main attractions are in walking distance. Can and Enes were very helpful in ordering taxis and giving information about the local area.

There walls of the Hotel are really thin and at night you can hear when somebody arrives in the Hotel, you can even hear people talking. The lift makes a noise unbearable and it is very unpleasant as we couldn't sleep (there were guests taking it all the time)

The most wonderful thing from rhe Hotel are the views from the restaurant. The room was big enough. Staff at the reception really nice
